This is my first post, but I have been reading through almost every darn page of this 160 page thread on the Holy Grail for the last couple of months or more and enjoying it!
I tried the original stack of the grail, used it consistently four a little over 4 weeks and it didn’t do much. I think I noticed a slight increase in ejaculate, but I also associated that with the level of hornyness and the “quality of the sex”, by that I mean that sometimes sex can be hot and steaming, but it can also be dull and emotionless from time to time, especially when both parties are tired.
I think the main ingredients that may have contributed to slightly more ejaculate were zinc, lecithin and perhaps L-arginine. Pygeum did IMO absolutely nothing, was taking 100mg twice daily (after breakfast and dinner). I tried variations, like doubling the dosage to 200mg 2xday, or taking 100mg, mornings, midday and before bed. Either Pygeum does not work on me or it was a lousy brand. I think Maca is making me hornier, I was taking NOW brand 500 mg.
One thing though, I haven’t been too active at going to the gym (recovering from injuries) so I am going to continue using zinc, lecithin and L-arginine, and adding L-lysine once I get some serious action going again. I firmly believe that exercises such as squats will do a whole lot for ones libido and volume production.
After researching for a LOOOOOOONG time about possible ways to increase ejaculate volume, I am also adding to my diet a daily smoothie consisting of at least 6-8 stalks of celery. From all I’ve read about celery, it seems to only do you good. Just gonna make sure it’s organic and still rinse it well before consumption. FYI, I tried eating 6 stalks daily and lasted only three days. It takes forever to eat so much of it, hence I’m making a celery smoothie and gonna drink five days a week.
Also, I came across something called the Huge Load Formula, and although it looks like that little brochure was produced in co-operation with certain makers of supplements, I’ve also decided it’s not gonna hurt to try that as well. I have read what seem to be genuine success stories from men who’ve tried that drink.
And I’m also adding pumpkin seeds and one other type of seeds that I forgot the name of.
Naturally also drinking a lot of water (something which I’ve always done) and continue eating healthy.
Daily habits will consist of this, and I’m kinda making a try at combining the Holy Grail with this Huge Load Formula + Celery:
Breakfast + Multivitamin (contains 9mg zinc) + Lecithin 1200mg + Fish oil (liquid, containing EPA and DHA).
Mid morning snack will be the Huge Load Formula smoothie (contains about 915mg of L-arginine, 200mg of L-lysine, plus a lot of other amino acids, Organic Red Root Maca).
Lunch + 15mg zinc
Afternoon snack will be the celery smoothie, plus a little bite to eat.
Dinner, just a good’ol dinner
Night time one tablet 15mg zinc
Let’s see if this turns the little fella into a firehose :)
