I have been reviewing this thread for a few days now. The thread seems to have grown and changed over the time since it was first posted here almost eight years ago. A side observation is the change in availability since this conversation started. I read through post after post of people not being able to find various parts of this supplement formula, specifically the Pygeum. Where as I had three of these items delivered to my door step in two days from Amazon, including the Pugeum. It was just an interested read through time..
So enough of the observation I did have a question. In looking at the supplement stack that is provided above I found that through other supplements I take (primarily from AdvoCare in the form of various vitamins and targeted supplements) I was already consuming about 30mg of Zinc per day (scattered across three different vitamins I currently take). Of the four listed supplements Zinc appears to be the only one that has documented negative side effect of overdosed or recommended daily intake is exceeded. I am curious is anyone else has look through other things they take to determine if they already consume a recommended amount of Zinc? I am very leery about adding a specific Zinc supplement as the smallest dose I can find in most cases is 30mg which would be in aggregate more than the recommended 50mg. Since the Zinc appears to be the least impactful of the stack I am not as concerned if I don’t hit the 50mg target.
