Inspired by Enigmatize’s work, I’ve got together a trio of supplements I’ve been taking for about a week, and so far I’ve noticed an increased sex drive and a full, swollen feeling in my balls. While these are fun in and of themselves, I’m also curious as to how my loads are going to be affected. My supplements intake is:

Zinc (50mg capsule) taken once per 3 days (daily total 16.7mg). Enigmatize suggested 50mg per day, but my bottle lists one 50mg pill as having a 333% daily value. From what I’ve read, Zinc poisoning is something to watch out for, so I’m hesitant to go as heavy as was suggested on this particular supplement.

Lecithin (1200mg capsule) taken twice per day (daily total 2400mg). Enigmatize suggested 1200mg per day, but in the course of my research I found that people have been known to eat as much as 35g of lecithin per day with no reported ill effects. Lactating women are prescribed from 3600 to 4800mg per day for plugged milk ducts. That being the case, I don’t see a problem with 2400-4800mg per day for semen production.

Pygeum (500mg capsule) taken twice per day (daily total 1000mg). Enigmatize suggested 200mg per day. My capsules are each 500mg and my bottle (Swanson) lists a serving size as 2 capsules. The thing is, this bottle also states “SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take two capsules two times per day with water.”, so if I was listening to Swanson, I’d be on 2000mg per day of this stuff.

It’ll be neat to see how this works out. I’ve always shot heavy loads, but never produced as much precum as I wanted. I noticed an increase in precum after just three days. Here’s a question.. If the bottle recommends 2000mg of pygeum per day, would it be crazy to up the dosage to that?

You could try oysters instead of a zinc supplement.

Thank you for sharing your results! I have been on and off the stack, and trying different things, for a while now. I don’t take all the supplements as I did when I first started, just the basics to get the same results: I try to wait at least a week from my last ejaculation. Then:

1) 6-7 1200 mg Lecithin two and one day before I cum
2) 2 HGW (500 mg) two and one day before I cum
3) 2 l-arginine (500 mg) two and one day before I cum
4) 1 zinc gluconate (helps will the “liquid” content of the semen). I usually don’t take this anymore, more out of laziness.

On that night:
1) 4 HGW
2) lots of water
3) 2 l-arginine
4) edge for at least two hours. Need to be really horny, lots of getting close to cumming, then stopping to let the feeling subside.

My results: 12 ropes of semen. The 1st six are strong jets, the others less so, then a few pulses of cum, and I’m done. I wish I could find a way to continue to increase the amount I cum, but this seems to be the max.

For larger loads, there appears to be a consensus that lecithin, zinc, and l-arginine work. These are not the only ones, but they are in the same categories of helping with volume, erection, or arousal, all of which are important.

I have a few questions about the stack, for those that have more experience than me.

Background: I’ve always had a larger load than normal, at least according my girlfriends, both in quantity and velocity. 5-6 solid ropes that can hit the headboard if I pull out during missionary. Usually repeatable 2-3 times over the course of a night, with diminishing returns after that. So, I guess, honestly I don’t have a real problem with load amounts. But more is always better, right?

Now L-Arginine 1000mg/day
Now Pygeum & Saw Palmetto 100mg/day
Now Zinc 50mg/day
Now Passion Flower 350/mg day
Zhou Horny Goat Weed 1000mg/day

After taking this for a week, I noticed 1 thing right away: I seem to have a lowered libido than before. I don’t know if that’s psychosomatic or what, but I don’t seem to feel the need to jack off or have sex. If I decide “ok, I’m gonna jerk it now”, I have no problem getting it up. It’s just the initial impetus is not there.

One other thing I noticed: I MIGHT have more pre-cum than I previously had. Or, at least, pre-cum makes itself readily apparent earlier than it used to.

I hypothesize that the Passion Flower might have something to do with my libido so I stopped taking that today. I also wondered if the Now Pygeum/Saw Palmetto was not strong enough, so I ordered some other Pygeum that came in higher doses.

Other than that, is there anything that anyone notices that I might want to adjust? Any feedback or advice would certainly be welcome.
