They are both Herbal supplements.

Bioperine is an extract of Black Pepper and is used to aid absorption of the other supplements.

Damiana is made from plant leaves the Turnera Diffusa shrub and has been said to increase blood flow. It is used in various cultures as a sexual aid. I’m looking up its properties I didn’t really find any documented studies. Just vague stuff. In my case I’ve found it definitely made my balls bigger. I’ve also read here and there that it can increase/help with blood flow. Don’t remember the sources though.

Hey that’s a pretty awesome stack, I might have to up my dosage.

Been taking 1200mg lecithin and 20mg zinc. Will definitely add some L-Argenine in to the mix before I hit the gym.

As for results, had way more precum, normally don’t get too much. Didn’t notice any huge increase in load, but was a fair amount and fairly powerful orgasm.

Will add L-Argenine and maybe up my lecithin dose.

Any other tips?

I take 1 or 2 L-Argenine b4 any physical activity or sex. If neither of those are planned, I just take them in the AM.

There was a fair amount of playing around to get to that point with that stack.

I cut Swedish flower pollen, and pygeum because those two were giving me EQ problems. There was tons of precum from the pygeum and the orgasms were noticeably more intense from the Swedish flower pollen but I produce a fair precum anyway and would rather rather have a confident boner.

I also drink a lot of water on days leading up to big sex and sometimes binge on celery. It’s hard to keep the celery constant though.

Over all I’ve found that as long as I hydrate and abstain for 3/4 days that stack produces good results. As those results are usually “shared” with a partner I haven’t gotten any exact measurements. On a normal day by myself with some edging I produce about a teaspoon but I’m not about to be like “hold up baby, lemme go get this measuring cup real quick”. On more than one occasion I’ve been told it’s “more than a mouthful” or have shot something like 8 good but liquidy ropes on a back or face.

The Damiana is also incredible because it actually made my balls bigger. My partner used to be able to fit both in her mouth without much effort, but now it’s basically impossible. She had one in her mouth the other day and I asked if she noticed a difference and she said “hhmhmmmmffmmhmmhmhm”

Lol, but for real, she did say they were bigger. Its seriously awesome.

I’m going to be throwing some Now brand Ginseng/Royal Jelly complex and some Natures Way Horny Goat weed into the rotation and see how it changes things.

I hadn’t heard of those herbs, so was just wondering.

You mention Pygeum causing EQ problems.. How did you determine that and the Swedish Flower Pollen were the cause? I’m asking because I was noticing sometimes my EQ was lacking since being on the stack. I thought it might be the L arginine, because it helps with blood flowing and all those things. I thought that because more blood was coming in, that it also went out quicker, as well. I know that sounds ridiculous, and I’m no chemist by any stretch, but has anyone noticed that?

I know this is awful, but with our schedules my wife and I don’t have as much sex as we would like to. Most of the time I am the lucky recipient of blow jobs throughout the week, and I don’t really notice any EQ issues. The last time that we had sex I had taken some extra L-arginine before hand, and my erections grew bigger and firmer, but would have minor softening during intercourse. I never went completely flaccid or anything, but it was enough that she would get off and suck me for a minute or two to get it back to full strength. She didn’t say anything, because she was having a good time LOL, but I’m sure that she noticed because it happened a few times. I’d say when it happened it went down about 25%, which is easy to recover.

I’m taking sunflower lecithin, and I’m going to stick with that. I initially started lecithin only, and noticed results within the first week as far as increased load. If you go back to posts from February you can read up on my experiences. I do 50mg Zinc, and will keep that going. Will stay with L-Arginine and cut out Pygeum and see if that makes a difference.

I honestly have still noticed occasional softening during extended sessions even after cutting the Pygeum, but I figure that’s the way of it. Maybe it is the L-Argenine. Like you say, I’m not a chemist but your explanation makes sense. The way I think of it is it gets blood really pumping. If I’m working myself into a lather and sweating and breathing hard, its gotta go everywhere, not just to the dong.

As far as determining that the Pygeum and Swedish Flower Pollen (SFP) were problematic.. When I was first on the stack that included those two supplements I started having legit problems actually becoming erect. Even with a partner there. It was fucking terrifying. With further investigation on different forums and reading about its effects and I found out that Pygeum is a DHT blocker.

Again, I’m not gonna source this cause it’s glommed from info I got all over but basically testosterone gets turned into an even crazier sexier version of testosterone called Dihydrotestosterone. It’s mostly produced during sexytimes. From what I understand about the way it works is both Pygeum and SFP contain something that blocks 5α-reductase Which is the enzyme that turns T into DHT.

When I found that out, I said FUCK that and cut them both immediately. I never really got to that place with the Pygeum that some of the early early posts in this thread anyway. Leaking like a faucet and so on. I would love to get there tho. I wear black jeans every day, so if I drip a bit it doesn’t really show. But like I said, I produce a fair amount anyway, so I was ok cutting it. On the current stack if I go about 3 days w/o cumming I get real hard and real drippy at a slight breeze. The SFP miiiiight make its way back into the rotation eventually but I’m still nervous about it.

I think I’ve said it before, but:

- I’m not sure if sunflower lecithin has the same effect as Soy
- 1200mg is not enough. I also do not think taking it everyday has much effect. I just megadose it (~7000mg) the day before I have sex , and on the day itself. In my experience, taking 1200mg daily did not have any effect.

I know it probably hasn’t been long enough time, but nothing different noticed since I began taking HGW last week. The only thing is waking up in the morning with nearly debilitating wood. During sex everything has seemed as always is, nothing new to report. Will give it more time.

I’ve read a lot about supplements in this thread but, correct me if I’m wrong, apart from drinking much water, I couldn’t find “regular” food that would increase the amount of cum. Does anyone know something about this?

I try to avoid “combination” supplements. Specifically because it would be more difficult to determine if a particular supplement is causing you an issue if it happens to be the combo.

I’m here in the states and I purchased all of my stuff from The Vitamin Shoppe.
