Just Starting, Looking For Tips?

So I’ve been reading this thread like a book and skimmed some pages but read some thoroughly. It’s clear that not one stack will work for everybody. But I’ve accumulated the following supplements that appeared frequently through many stacks and was hoping for some general insight:
Lecithin Soy - 1200mg (1 in the am, 1 in the pm)
Zinc - 50mg (once daily)
Maca/Ginseng - 500mg Maca, 200mg ginseng (2 in the am, 2 in the pm)
L-Arginine - 500mg (3 in the am, 3 in the pm)
Multivitamin (once daily)

So before I begin knocking these back, I just want to know if I can take these all in one go, or if some work better on an empty stomach vs on a full stomach. Also if those dosages would work or if I should increase them (if it’s safe to). I do want to start asap and post my results within 2 weeks from now, so I will be taking them unless I see a reply suggesting a change. (To add, I drink 2.6L of water a day and go to the gym 5 times a week)

When I used that my libido disappeared. Your mileage may vary. Sunflower one is supposed to be better.

I’m really curious if anyone has ever used one of those sperm count tests you can buy in the store. It would be interesting to see if there is a notable increase in sperm count when taking these.

Been taking Sunflower Lecithin for a few weeks. Last couple of times my wife and I had sex I had a condom on, but yesterday I came in her mouth while face fucking her. Halfway through she grabbed my thighs tight, and her eyes got huge after the fifth spurt. I ended up having eight, maybe nine total.

She drew in a breath and said, “you got anymore,” and started sucking me again. I had sensory overload after about ten seconds, but it’s safe to say I was drained.

One of our kids knocked on the door right after, so my wife and I didn’t get to talk more about it. Maybe next time.

Side note: Since I started the Lecithin I’ve had messed up dreams nearly every night. Not sure it’s coincidence or I’m just stressed. Anyone else?

I have been taking Sunflower Lecithin (NOW Foods 1200mg once daily) and Zinc Citrate (50mg once daily), and greatly increased my water intake for a week (2.5/3L a day).
Let loose today. There was a lot of ammo shot, but I am not sold on the supplements having any effect as Ive had similar results just from hydration before.

I will discontinue the supplements for this week and just stay with the increased hydration and see what happens.

Science is fun!

Correction: after sleeping on it, I will continue the supplements and water intake and see if things increase due to more supplement time, or remain the same.

About the lecithin - supplements definitely can have an effect on dreams. I mainly get it from B6 & Zinc, but I wouldn’t be surprised if lecithin also causes this. Maybe try taking the lecithin in the morning? How much are you taking daily?

Some supplements need time, and some supplements just don’t do much (like you’ve presumed). Stuff like lecithin doesn’t need time though. Hydration does make the biggest difference (but also waters it down). Next up is ofcourse abstaining for a few days. After that, supplements come into play. Not all supplements work as well for everyone, it depends what your body is lacking I suppose.
The supplements that make most difference (IMO) are Lecithin (6000mg daily for a few days before you wanna shoot the big load. You can take even more too). After that Zinc , amino acids , protein, ..

Vitamin C, D, B-complex, and E are also supposed to be pretty good but yeah.

Do read up on vitamin levels (taking too much can get you killed), too much zinc can also be dangerous, and L-Arginine can cause herpes outbreaks if you have it.

Haha why do you think that?

I take lecithin granules in my yoghurt in the morning, 2 scoops, its probably more like 10mg lol.
