New to the board, and wanted to say what I’ve read in this thread alone has been so helpful already.
I was searching for methods to increase ejaculate and came across.Thunder’s Place.
Sunflower Lecithin supplementation began last week, but haven’t been able to see improvements yet, as wife has been sick and extremely tired to hopefully get covered in sperm. Did I mention we have three kids 8 and under?
Since I began taking the supplement I’ve been waking up every night with fantastic erections. I’m not sure that’s a benefit, if you will, of Lecithin, or the fact that it’s been over a week since sexual activity? Don’t recall reading that Lecithin helped promote frequent erections. Been a long time since I woke up hard like that. Anyone?
So far the only negative side effect is messed up dreams. I’ve consistently been in perilous situations or wake up feeling scared/uneasy. But not sit-up-suddenly-and-yell dreams. More akin to, “what the hell was THAT about?”
Health-wise, I’m improving every day. At the beginning of January we swore off eating too much junk, and committed to exercising consistently. Instead of two Cokes per day I’m haven’t two per week. Tons of water intake, and I exercise at least four days per week. I’ve lost fourteen pounds (231 down to 217) since the year began and my wife has lost seven (137 to 130).
We’re not depriving ourselves, just in moderation. I had cheesecake on my birthday, but not four slices haha. Just turned 39 last week.
Apart from the Lecithin, what is the next best supplement to add? I can’t be taking ten different bottles, but for those that do, I salute you.
I’m on Testosterone therapy, take Vitamin D, and a GNC pack when I remember to. I’ve been diligent with the Lecithin, and have taken up to nine caps per day since beginning.
Enlargement is not something I am interested in, as when I lose more weight my enlargement will happen naturally. Bye, bye PAPA ;-)
