I wanted to thank everyone who has contributed so far. I actually read through the entire string before joining! As a result - and out of a desire to have much bigger loads - I’ve started a new regime. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Me: 6’3”, 160 pounds. Distance running is my exercise. Started the plan in full yesterday, 02/06/17.

AM Dosage:
1200mg Sunflower Lecithin (Now)
50mg Zinc (Sundown)
500mg Maca (Now)
400mcg Folic Acid (Sundown)
500mg Pygeum (Swanson)

Mid-morning Dosage:
1200mg L-Citrulline (Now)

Afternoon Dosage:
1200mg Sunflower Lecithin
500mg Maca

My plan is to go five on, two off - I am keeping these in my office at work, so that makes the schedule easy to keep.

A couple of questions:
1. L-Citrulline: as a precursor to L-Arginine, should I take approximately the same dosage of L-Arginine that is recommended or more?
2. Maca: I’m taking two 500 mg doses a day. Suggested usage is 3x a day. Agree or disagree?

New to the board, and wanted to say what I’ve read in this thread alone has been so helpful already.

I was searching for methods to increase ejaculate and came across.Thunder’s Place.

Sunflower Lecithin supplementation began last week, but haven’t been able to see improvements yet, as wife has been sick and extremely tired to hopefully get covered in sperm. Did I mention we have three kids 8 and under?

Since I began taking the supplement I’ve been waking up every night with fantastic erections. I’m not sure that’s a benefit, if you will, of Lecithin, or the fact that it’s been over a week since sexual activity? Don’t recall reading that Lecithin helped promote frequent erections. Been a long time since I woke up hard like that. Anyone?

So far the only negative side effect is messed up dreams. I’ve consistently been in perilous situations or wake up feeling scared/uneasy. But not sit-up-suddenly-and-yell dreams. More akin to, “what the hell was THAT about?”

Health-wise, I’m improving every day. At the beginning of January we swore off eating too much junk, and committed to exercising consistently. Instead of two Cokes per day I’m haven’t two per week. Tons of water intake, and I exercise at least four days per week. I’ve lost fourteen pounds (231 down to 217) since the year began and my wife has lost seven (137 to 130).

We’re not depriving ourselves, just in moderation. I had cheesecake on my birthday, but not four slices haha. Just turned 39 last week.

Apart from the Lecithin, what is the next best supplement to add? I can’t be taking ten different bottles, but for those that do, I salute you.

I’m on Testosterone therapy, take Vitamin D, and a GNC pack when I remember to. I’ve been diligent with the Lecithin, and have taken up to nine caps per day since beginning.

Enlargement is not something I am interested in, as when I lose more weight my enlargement will happen naturally. Bye, bye PAPA ;-)

Since you are already on testosterone therapy, I would add Maca to your supplement intake. I have found that Maca has helped increase the amount of ejaculate I have.

Thanks for the reply. What other benefits or side effects typically occur with Maca? I’ve heard of it and I read so much on this thread already that I’m probably getting things confused ha ha

Some of the benefits include increases in semen and sperm. Insufficient research done on the benefits of helping erectile dysfunction. Not sure of any ill side effects of Maca.

While volume increase is attractive, I don’t need anything to boost fertility/sperm count. My vasectomy from a year ago was ineffective, and 2/3 of our children happened when my wife was on the pill 💪

Urologist said I must have a small tertiary tube that is still getting sperm into my semen. He wants to go back in (and dig around), but wife is going to have tubal ligation in a month or so.

If not Maca, what’s next? :)

So does the body eventually get used to the supplements and stop functioning the same and reduce the output again? Is it okay to sustain the zinc, folic acid, etc or do they need to be stopped every now and then so they body can be “shocked” by them again

I take a generic men’s multi vitamin. Which multi vitamin do you take?

Can you give some more details about why Mucinex is the real deal? I’ve heard that the active ingredient, Gauifenesin, can potentially thin out cum and/or precum (because they may contain mucus properties). Is that what it does for you? Does it help you shoot farther? What’s the benefit vs. Other supplements?

And do you take it every day religiously as part of a stack, or do you take the two pills only when you’re planning to bust a nut in a few hours?
