I have, that’s how I came to the conclusion that l arginine is great for erection. Also, I will combine Yohimbine.

I’ve been taking the recommended mix of Argenine/Lysine, Lecithin, Pygeum, and Zinc. I actually measured my semen amounts after taking the supplements for a week and my levels increased by about 1.5 millileters on average. I need to do a more thorough experiment, but what I’ve noticed is that the Pygeum works like a charm at turning on the Cowpers Glands to make pre-cum. The biggest difference is that it feels like my testosterone levels have shot up. I’m hornier when I’m taking the supplements and just feel overall more confident and less burned out at the end of the day. Not sure if this is the supplements or just in my head, but I’m liking it.

I”be been taking 3 grams of Arginine powder daily in the morning with my breakfast would it be OK to have another 3 grams an hour before sex? Which would equal a total of 6 grams for that day.

5g is the average dosage for increased sexual performance. How long have you been taking 3g for? Have you noticed any improvement?

I haven’t noticed much taking in my breakfast but I do feel I start the day better. I forgot my daily dose yesterday morning and instead took an hour before sex. Hey Heidi,
There are diminishing returns when “saving up”. 2 weeks is IMO too long. At a certain point your body will just get rid of the excess cum.
I’d shoot more for 5 days of saving up. Also, your hubby is drinking 2-3L water daily I hope?

Hey folks. After couple of months trying different things I think I found a thing, at least for me.

This is what I take.

Morning on a empty stomach.
L -tyrosine, 1000 mg, note that this is mostly for well being.
1 B6-B12 folid acid.

Couple of hours later.
Maca, 1000 mg
Sunflower lecithin. 1200 mg, some days 2400 mg.

After dinner.
1 pill with 25 mg Zinc, 400 mg Magnesium, 1000 mg Calcium.
25 mg Selen.

It seem to work for me. Drink alot of water, take 2,3 days off. Things shoud get better with this.

We tried the 5 day stretch when I was pregnant. It was ok but I really noticed alot more when he waits at least 8-10 days. Is it bad to not drink alot of water? Hubby hates water and its like pulling teeth for me to get him to drink alot of it.
