Soy vs sunflower lecithin

It has been 2 years since I started taking lecithin. For me sunflower didn’t do anything I.e. No feeling of fullness so I stay with soy lecithin. I am also testing out Fenugreek Seed and ZMA, ingredients come and go but I can’t do it without lecithin.

Thank you! It’s been amazing how my volume of ejaculate has changed in a short amount of time.

My current daily stack:

Sunflower Lecithin 1200mg
Pygeum Extract 100mg
L-Arginine 1000mg
Zinc 50mg

All are Vitamin Shoppe brand except Lecithin. I ordered from Amazon. Now (something) brand. I think Vitamin Shoppe carries this brand also.

With three kids 8 and younger there is no PE time, nor ever any interest in doing so. I’m satisfied with my size and only found this forum through researching how to increase ejaculate volume. No edging, clamping, jelqing, etc.

My generous wife takes good care of me, so I don’t have the need to masturbate. I cannot stress the importance of healthy eating, water intake, and exercise. Combine all that with supplements and you’ll be beyond set for the results you seek.

I mentioned it in an earlier post, but I think the L-Arginine has improved my flaccid state. I’ve really noticed after ejaculating that it stayed larger than pre-stack.

Mileage may vary. Part or all of this stack may not work for an individual, but reading through this thread and research of your own can hopefully lead to your best supplement stack.

The first one post stack had been after a couple weeks without sex, so that one I didn’t count, so to speak. It’s been three times this past week, so roughly every two days.

Not sure if it’s mental, or from doing kegels more frequently, but I’m going longer without having the urge to come during sex. Last night she said it was too much after she came as I kept pounding, and I still was in total control of coming. I stopped when she asked, and then she finished me with a BJ. Due to hyper busy schedule I was off stack completely for nearly three days. Still had a big load for my wife last night.

Did anyone manage to go from watery/clear cum to thick white ropes? If so, with what supplement?

I found this thread a while back and have tried numerous different combinations of many of the supplements listed here (zinc, l-arginine, lecithin, pygeum, pycnogenol, horny goat weed, l-citrulline, selenium, vitamins B, C, D and E). I might have even tried some others but those are what I remember.

I definitely noticed an increase in semen, libido and erection quality, however I also experience chest pains when I take these supplements. No shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea or anything like that but just a dull ache in the upper left hand part of my chest. When I stop taking the supplements the pains go away. Has anybody experienced anything like this? I take 10 mg of lisinopril for high blood pressure and researched the interactions of all these supplements with lisinopril and found no warnings or dangers. I also searched this forum and couldn’t find anything either. Am I perhaps allergic to one or more of these supplements? The only thing I could find online was that too much zinc could cause chest pains but I always only took 50 mg per day. I couldn’t find any data that any of the other supplements I listed could cause chest pain. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,

- 50mg zinc is still pretty high.
- Pygeum definitely can cause some heart pain
- L-arginine & Citruline can also have something to do with it
