I started the stack myself with alterations to the amounts (upping the Lecithin and Pygeum a bit), and just got my Pygeum today. I think I might do a little experiment next week. I’m planning for a little while to get some supplements myself, but haven’t done it yet. I will start the experiment with a “baseline”: just masturbation. Then I will not masturbate for one day, while increasing the amount of water I drink (I usually don’t drink that much during the day). Then on the next day, I will masturbate again, see if the water and day off has an influence (it probably will). This is the second baseline. Depending on the difference, I might do this again or start taking supplements. If the supplements are started with, I’ll keep the same rhythm: 1 day off, 1 day masturbating. I’ll probably do this a few times, since I don’t expect it to have effect at the first time. Depending on the difference, I might choose to increase amounts. I’m thinking of using zinc (maybe in combination with folium acid, heard about the better combination of the two), lecithine and seleryseed. My orgasms usually aren’t small, I’d say 1-4 squirts/streams + dribbles depending on the time between orgasms, with some high peaks (6-10 squirts).

Well, so far with just Lecithin, zinc, and L-Arginine, (over the past 2 days), I experienced nothing much to note other than an increase in erection firmness, but only mildly so with edging. Haven’t achieved climax yet as I’m still waiting till later tonight to do so, so no final ejaculate measurements yet. But: (and that’s a rather large but here)

I have noticed an increase in pre while edging. Where before for me it was a small drop or two here or there (maybe 3 over the course of an hour of playing around).. Now I’m able to keep the glands and part of the upper part of the shaft covered in a thin layer of pre-ejaculate. This is a significant enough increase to be quite note worthy for myself, as I can now seemingly lube myself up at least a little without the purchased materials. I wonder what waits for me a week from now.

Good luck with your stack tests. I was experimenting last week with more water and the whole no fap thing for three days, made a considerable difference.
Just currently on lecthin and hair and vitamin pills along with zinc and vitamin c tablets. It made a difference to add the vit c tabs too. Pygeum didn’t but perhaps low quality. I will find other things for now and go back and test it at a later date.
I have maca and l-arg arriving on wednesday so this weekend should be interesting if I can edge and hold it.

Well, first day with phygeum conclusion:

I’ll be a monkey’s uncle if it doesn’t make me pre like a fountain for a couple of shots and some dribble + the small trickle before and after. Which among the following is a better cycling schedule for the Holy Grail regimen:
1) 5 days on and 2 days off (repeat)
2) 5 weeks on and 2 weeks off (repeat)

I have started the following combo:
L-arginine 500mg - two tablets on empty stomach in the AM
Lecithin (Soy) 1200mg - two tablets after food, twice a day
L-lysine 500mg - two tablets on empty stomach in the PM
Zinc Picolinate 50mg - one tablet after food at night
Folic acid - along with Zinc
Vitamin E 400IU - one tablet after food at night
B100 - one tablet after food at night
Celery seed - two tablets a day

Question: Any suggested changes? Especially is my daily dosage of Soy Lecithin 4800mg too high/low? Should I mega dose on the day before action and the day itself? (Sunflower Lecithin is not available over the counter here)

Good, years ago I found a pdf detailing that the volume of ejaculation is directly related to the level of oxytocin.

The videos you are referring to are fake cumshots. They are using a small tube behind the penis and a pump to pump out semen. It’s a technique that is often used in porn.
You can usually see the cum is not coming from the urethra but from “behind” the penis. I have to say the company producing the videos you’re talking about are pretty good at it, but its still obvious in many cases.

So yeah, don’t hope/aim for those results :) Nobody in this thread shoots like this.

80% of increasing your load is abstaining for a few days and drinking 2-3L water. The stack doesn’t add that much sadly, it is mostly down to genetics.
Look at stuff like peter north for “real” huge cumshots which are still mostly genetics, but can give you a guideline.

Added Celery seed pills to the equation today (as I woke up to them being in the mailbox). Abstaining and Guzzling water too now that the weekend is on. Let’s see what we get this time heh.
