Stopped seeing results despite cycling

Hi guys,

I tried this stack initially about 2 years ago and had amazing results for about a year. Then I noticed that my results began to dry up, I was no longer leaking pre-cum, and my loads were much smaller than I was used to. I stopped taking the stack for 6 months, and restarted 2 months ago, but I’m still not seeing the results I was when I first took it.

Any idea what I need to do now? I figured the 6 month break would be enough to cycle it out of myself and see results again, but I’ve been having no luck.

Supplements increase risk of infection or inflammation?

I’ve been reading all pages and most of the posts, but it took a while and I cannot remeber everything, and the searchengine did not bring the desired results in this thread. So here we go:

I am on the stack below for nearly two weeks now and have not been missing any intakes, which I always do directly after getting out of bed. Have been noticing some decent effects by now, nothing magical, but I am far from being disappointed. Problem is, yesterday I noticed some red spots on my glans, around the meatus. They do not itch, hurt, sting or anything, but the don’t belong there. I had something similar a few years ago and got it from my girl back then (vag. Yeast infection), but it was no big deal.

Now I am wondering: May my supplements have caused this, or increase the risk of catching something? Do the supplements have a negative influence on the immunesystem?

My stack is:
50mg zinc
1.200mg lecitin (2.400mg last three days, after reading more in this thread)
2.700mg celery capsules
1.500mg l-arginine
3.500mg maca

I remember reading that, sorry I didn’t mention it. Would be surprised if it is herpes. Never had any problems with herpes.

I believe L-Arginine is the one that does that.

I’ve tried pretty much every supplement you can think of, and the only really noticeable increase I could notice was from abstaining for a few days/weeks.

I once abstained for 14 days, which was incredibly hard but my volume was almost quadrupled and the orgasm much stronger & longer. I haven’t managed to abstain longer but in theory you could build even more semen that way until you get a wet dream (which I never got)

Of course everyone’s different and you might get different results. If you’re dehydrated more water could help, so could zinc if you have a real deficiency.
I even tried mega-dosing lecithin/zinc and nothing much happened except for some nausea. I wouldn recommend doing that, especially with some of those supplements that have actual side-effects.

I mega-dosed Sunflower Lecithin in the beginning, 7200mg. I would wake up in the night with extremely hard wood, but had effed up dreams, too. After I dialed back to 2400mg daily the nightmares ceased.

So it seems to me that Horny Goat Weed in it’s various forms seems to aid some to the horniness, ok. Will add that and maca to the list now that I have them both (just waiting on my pygeum bottles to arrive again.. Ran out before I expected to due to a late shipment. Will post results soon. Hopefully this time I will get to keep it constant without interruptions.

Anyways, as an update:

On the stack I was taking, it works almost immediately and over a longer haul (several days to over a week) I’d say it aids in everything everyone has said. Definitely hornier, not that I needed that all together but not something I didn’t like at home ;) . Nothing crazy after that first time volume wise, but I’m waiting to see now that I’m getting my stack back together if a much longer haul (2 weeks straight) will do anything more, plus with the addition of HGW and Maca, we will see what happens.

Just wondering, how much Horny Goat Weed people are taking, not just the pill amount but the amount of mg.. Per dosing if you can give a list?

I have skimmed this thread searching for “goat” and got all I could and seen some are taking 500mg? Mine is a little higher in one pill (750 total). So by that it seems I should only take 1 per dosing. Let me know if you take a different amount and what your results where :D
