Are you including Pygeum in your stack? Did you reduce Zinc to only what’s in the mulitvitamin, or do you also take a little extra?

With this current stack I am not taking Pygeum. I have taken it in the past and I think because of my weight a bit heavy at 274, but with a active daily exercise routine, I have to take three times the prescribed amount on the bottle to get the edged on drip everyone was sharing as their experience. Didn’t notice any ill effects but reading through the thread and having the words 12% sterol I decided to shy away from it. In the future when I cut like fifty pounds I’ll give it another shot.

Thought has sparked that maybe the the desired results others verse personal results might have an orbit around weight I.e. More blood circulation due to more fat or muscle mass, generally being a taller bigger built person. Have not really seen it mentioned to often in this thread. Lastly the zinc intake is just what the multivitamin offers. Again perplexing because I thought I could handle more given my weight and exercise routine, but no dice.

Thanks for the reply I have today and then tomorrow evening to see if I produce the same yield hopefully with a stronger climax from this stack, water intake near gallon a day and edging when I can or get a frisky thought continues right up to getting down to it.

I have just ordered sunflower lecithin as people have said that they have seen much better results with that than soy, arrives in 2 days so will let you know how it goes

Same here, switching from soy lecithin to sunflower lecithin, just started two days ago.

Doing a lot of upgrading and trying new things. Hope those will deliver. Hate being a dribbler, really want to get them ropes, lol

I have been taking 200mg of Pygeum and 1200mg of Lecithin daily and I have seen great improvements overall but I am considering adding L-Arginine to the mix to see if it makes things even better.

I’m going to also test some celery out, been doing some searches and people confirm that eating celery increases load.

Any ideas of what type of celery I need to get? I don’t mind eating it straight, usually have it in salads, which I rarely have so it’s minor

Probably best to get organic celery, but no matter which one you get, make sure to rinse it well.

I haven’t started it, but I’m gonna be making a celery smoothie 3-4x a week, also gonna make a pineapple based smoothie in between.

I tried eating celery stalks (only about 6-8 stalks, and by dipping them in peanut butter), but it took forever to chew through them so that didn’t last more than three days.

A smoothie might be the quickest way to get a lot of celery.

Okay yeah, it took me 15 mins to eat a damn stalk on its own, fml, did you notice any difference while on celery those 3 days? Did you load off after that?

I can do all the suppliments but I don’t know if I can hack 5 stalks of celery per day, maybe will try to do it before I have a date or something

Update on my stack and exercise, proper water intake, abstaining and edging. I’m going to report success for the “wow factor” when I want to impress a date, however the anti climax or lack of rush, euphoria is still present. The first three times have been hands free and the spurts and volume persist. It is good to know I can repeat the desired results but I’ll apply planning, forethought again for showing off for my dates when the opportunity arrives. Right now I’m going to get well been sick with the cold that’s going around, when I’m healthy I’ll resume my PE routine to continue to reach my goals there. Continuing to follow the thread and reading the try’s and outcomes as they are posted.

Celery yuk, lol

I guess I can safely say that I am sacrificing myself for the sake of “bro-science”.

For the last two days I finally got my juicer going and the other day made a juice from approx. 1 1/2 bundle of celery, this morning I juiced about 6 large stalks which came out as a little over one cups worth of celery juice.

This is not the best tasting drink IMO. Wife thinks I’m loosing it with all the supplements, shakes and now juicing all this celery. When she asked me why the heck I was doing all this, I couldn’t tell her the truth (that I want to blow an enormous load all over her pretty face).

Oh well, didn’t have sex yesterday, will do it tonight though, have to check if there’s any instant gain from drinking all this foul tasting celery :)

I used to do the stack but kind of wasn’t worth the hassle of popping so many pills for not much an increased load.

However since hitting 30-31 its like my volume dropped to almost nothing, just a few drops when I’m masturbating. If I abstain for 3 days and drink lots of water I have a semi-normal load.

I’m thinking medical issues. Maybe low testosterone. Anyone been in a similar situation?

I had the same effect, and that was due to the lecithin (soy based), after switching to sunflower based, I got much better results.
Not only in volume, but in sensation too.
You could try it, but not everyone get the same results, so it’s hard to say which one will work best for you

Question: what kind of sunflower lecithin are you using? Pills or powder? And how much daily?
