Horny goat weed ?

Do any of you guys like this stuff ?

It’s in a blend I take so it’s a bit hard to isolate it’s effect, sorry mate.

I tried taking it on an as-needed basis, and didn’t see any effect. This was the Barlowe’s Herbal Elixirs stuff, two capsules taken about an hour ahead. But I think some men take it daily, perhaps with better results.

Like any other supplement, people are going to get different results. And I’m guessing the quality and strength will vary from brand to brand.

Also, you should do a search with the words “Horny Goat Weed”, I can see five threads about it listed at the bottom of this page.

I don’t find it does much on its own.

I prefer maca, tribulus, muira puama, arginine and tongat Ali if I can ever find it again.

I also make tea with ginko, rhodiola and goat weed occasionally.

My in-laws are here for the week and that kills the effects of anything you could imagine.

Didn’t get anything out of it as far as I know. I do sometimes take a tribulus/tongkat ali stack. For me that has been pretty great for libido. Only do it occasionally.

I can’t find natural source tongat Ali here.

The pill form of all of the aforementioned products ate substantially less potent than their natural counterparts.

I get evrything else from my smiling Indian friend in the city in pure natural form.

LIke every other hearb sold it has to do with the mix , potency and .expiry date before considering its effects on individuals so I am afraid evryone will find a disparity of opinions.

Tongkat ali in pill forms just does not work mind you it is a herb highly prohibited even in its own country so much of that stuff found in internet is just other stuff.

So why is tongat banned?

I’ve tried horny goat weed with minimal affects on libido. What I did notice was my refractory period. I was ready to “go” again only a few minutes after my first load.

I am going to be offering bulk 40% icariin powder to see if that makes a difference in libido. Most OTC horny goat weed supplements only have about 10% extract with the exception of BCS labs which i think has 50% extract mixed in with other ingredients such as maca root. But, I already have bulk maca root powder so the added filler of maca in horny goat weed supplements is kind of a waste for me.
