Chamomile, Linden, Valerian, Passiflora are herbs for anxiety and high stress levels. Drink a tea with them before bed

Thank God there is PE

Magnesium Chloride is sold as what they term a magnesium oil, which technically it isn’t but….

You can buy Magnesium oil and get a spray or mister bottle from a dollar store and mix it with tap water and spray a mist of it on yourself. Here are a few links for the idea, but you can buy elsewhere of course, especially if it cheaper.

Hey Twat! I’ve been using it for about 8 months. I use it primarily as an after shave, burns! I make my own and buy it dry cheap as hell on ebay;

I didn’t use this guy, but I buy the stuff for Coral Reefs. I figure it has to be very pure or the fish will die, when I looked it up when I bought it, it was the same company in Israel that human consumption products sourced from. It was from the Dead Sea. Anyway, this stuff I posted here is 13 bucks for 6 lbs…so WAY cheaper than buying Mag Oil

For Mag Oil you can make it 50% or 30% or 20% mag and the rest water. I just put it in a Home Depot industrial spray bottle add the water and mix. I dispense from the sprayer. If it burns too much, just dilute more and make note of what dilution you prefer. Also it may cause a rash if its too strong for you. Just dilute it until you skin can handle it fine.

I found that I get little eczema spots on my face in my mustache, and if I use Mag Oil it clears it up and if I use it daily, it stays clear…amazing!

Further, I have a friend that is an Acupuncturist, and he gave it too a lady that had all kinds of sores on her legs and it cleared it right up. She is old and I think had poor circulation, but not sure if that was the etiology of the sores or not.

Anyway, Mag Oil is a wonderful way to increase your Magnesium and it won’t cause loose bowels. Most people are highly deficient in Magnesium…and it really can ruin your health in many ways.

Now pertaining to this thread, Magnesium helps you relax and sleep better, especially if you are deficient which I would say most Americans are (google soil depletion). If you have a heart arrhythmia, its worth trying 600-800 mg day of Magnesium (orotate or aspartate or citrate) for myself and many of my patients, it will clear up the arrhythmia, until you let your Mag get low again.

5-htp

Google it.

Since you are my property, the contents of your mind are also my property, and you will give them to me when I ask.

Don’t you get the “runs” with 800 mg of Mg Citrate ?

The “rule of thumb” with Magnesium, is when your bowels start to get loose, back down your dose until its normal. With trans-dermal application, it doesn’t effect your bowels.

Genetically, I need more towards the upper end of Magnesium in terms of general population. If my Mag gets low, I start to get heart arrhythmia, it runs in the family.

I was the first to figure it out, so its not a problem. When I start to feel my heart go bumpity bump, I know I have let my Mag intake slip, and I just get back on the proper dose and it clears up. A couple of my relatives probably died from arrhythmia and not knowing the answer was simply just increase their Mag intake.

If you Google Magnesium +Health (or heart disease, or deficiency etc) you will get a ton of important info. Classically many times poor sleep patterns can be due to low magnesium, certainly heart disease, high blood pressure, constipation and the list goes on and on.

Also, if your mag-calcium ratio is off ( 2 mag to 1 calcium) what happens is you start to get calcium start to deposit where it shouldn’t be like the soft tissues and joints. This leads to a gradual “stiffness” and not the good kind. :) If you increase your Mag to 600-800 mg/day, especially getting a good part of that transdermally (through the skin) with Mag Oil, you will notice a slow steady decrease of that stiffness.

Also, with time it will even show on Xray with decrease of some of the calcium deposits throughout the body. In this country, we get too much calcium, not enough magnesium and not enough Vitamin D3 (best source is sunshine), and this leads to tons of problems.

The best forms orally are Mag Orotate and Mag Aspartate. Solaray combines them together and sells a product called Magnesium Asporotate…great product. The Mag Chloride is fair orally, but great trans dermal.

I don’t want to see a psychiatrist right now, I really don’t have time for that, I need something that will help me to relax (again, not SSRIs), I’m a very confident young man with some issues from my past (not abused or anything), when I grew up I was always stressed and very tensioned about my body/life, I know I need to sort it out, but for the mean while I really want to be able to relax and be calmed, I feel like it’s hurting me, the people around me and my health, I know that there aren’t any magic tricks, but I really hope that I’ll find something that will help me.

I’m asking for legal stuff only.

Thanks, I’m looking into it right now.

I need to fix my life, I’m always running away from my problems or bypassing them instead of confronting and solving the issues I have.

I will start now with the TAPPING routine and see how it goes,

BTW, I’m taking 400mg of magnesium Citarte, 50mg of zinc, 2000IU of vitamin d3 and one capsule of TWINLAB multi-vitamin (I’ve been taking this mix each day for about a year now).

Conquering my goals.

Are you getting freaky amounts of sex? I have had long periods of life where I was getting at least +12 hours/week of sex and usually more. Even in the face of life throwing serious crap at me i was never stressed during these times.

OsQ mate I wouldn’t waste your time looking for external solutions, all your problems begin and end in your own head and that’s where you have to solve them.

Nobody else can fix them it’s something you just have to figure out for yourself.

I’ve been where you are and I’ve kinda sorted it but it’s not easy so I wish you all the best.
