In general, its best to take amino acids on a completely empty stomach. Further, some of the other forms of Arginine work better for me, last longer and produce more bang for my buck.
I found Citruline, Di-Arginine Malate, Arginine Ethyl Ester, Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate Powder (AAKG 2:1), L-Arginine), Citrulline Malate tend to work better for me and give the same results with a much smaller dose.
Many bodybuilder products designed to boost NO contain some or all of these, and you can get a damn good price for a doseage that is effective for enhancing ejaculate volume and erectile enhancement.
Be aware though, that no amount of arginine will make up for overdoing PE, and no erection enhancement nutrient is close to the power of the proper amount of PE. The hardest erections you will ever have are produced when you are doing PE properly. However, for enhanced cum load, I have had great results from some of the above noted forms of Arginine…its good for you health too.
