OK firstly the most important thing is that you get a good vitamin that absorbs well in thy body. Second you have to make sure the ingredients and for numerous reasons to do with quality, manufacturing, monitoring of molecular effectiveness and continual development is good. I recommend the total balance multi where you can find here Xtend-Life Natural Products | Official Site | Supplements & Skincare or maybe the 12 in One liquid multi located here http://www.12inonenow.com/ct-3-riskfree.aspx?(One that was advertised on t.v.) I’m not trying to sell you anything remember this is primarily based on my belief and research and peoples feedback that I have heard. However I do believe the ingredients in these and quality of these to be very thorough and put together well! These have everything you need and much more and DO absorb and digest very well. Take care God bless and good luck with all you do!

I read in several european magazines that multivitamine or any vitamine supplement is bullshit and some research suggested that taking vitamines would do more harm than good.

I see that a lot of guys at thunder’s take a multivitamine supplement but I don’t really get it. As far as I know you should eat a certain quantity of fruits and vegetables and you won’t have to worry about your vitamine intake. It really looks like there is a pill for everything.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m also taking a bunch of supplements and I get enough critized by my family and friends. ;)

Girth gains for better sex, length gains for a worthless ego boost.

Yes Thunder sorry I did not know.

Anyone know why some multi’s have a huge dosage of
Vitamin A , when it can be quite bad for you when you take
To much.

Would you just piss away this excess vitamin A or would your body
Retain it and cause harm?

Heard something like Beta Carotene ( vitamin A ) is used as you cannot overdose on this, is that true?

I tend to agree with this. Thats why when you do feel the need to take a vitamin I like a condensed food source vitamin (freeze dried and compressed veg, fruits, herbs etc).

The exception is minerals. I think a amino acid chelated multi mineral is of great value. I think coral calcium is also of value for the trace and rare earth minerals. I think its important to get the full range of the 72 minerals.

I think best of all is seaweed as a source of minerals, because the ocean is really the only place that is fully mineralized. The seaweed uptakes the minerals and converts it to a highly absorbable form (100%). Also most seafood is rich in minerals, because the entire Ocean food chain is rich in minerals. The only downside is that heavy metals and pesticides also tend to concentrate as you eat higher up on the food chain.

The answer is seaweed from pristine waters, or as clean as can be found like the Artic or Iceland and some other areas. Icelandic kelp is very good, the only caveat is that it is also very high in iodine and that can be the limiting factor in how much you can take.

Too much vitamin A can lead to weaker bones when you are older, making it easier to fracture bones. Studies say that people with a lack of vitamin D are more at risk from the negative effects.

I am not too sure, but I also think it is quite hard to disperse it.

Liver is very high in Vitamin A I believe and you should avoid taking multi’s which contain it if you consume large amounts of liver.
