My Diary While On Ginkgo and other herbs

I’m giving Tribulus a go in a few days. It basically effects the same way Tongkat does, just not as strong, with less side-effects.

I’ll give a detailed saga of that, too.

DAY 11:

Probly had one of the best days in a long line of bad ones today. SOME ADVICE - take Fish Oil WITH Ginkgo. It’s a deadly combo.

Confidence was up, my bulge was big, and even when I was stressed out earlier the ginkgo helped maintain the hang of my flaccid.

Ginkgo has REALLY helped out my flaccid.

And when I add the tribulus I hope to have a lethal threesome; here’s a blurb about Trib real quick:

Can’t wait for this gear to arrive - A consistently big flaccid remains my primary goal in PE, it’s just got to make your day seem that much smoother.

Reminds me of a cartoon I saw recently where a guy’s getting shit from his female boss over some deal that he screwed up on. He looks at her smiles and says,

I was “readjusting” alot today. Probably too much. ;.

I started taking Ginkgo and noticed a good improvement that has lasted for about 5 months. I looked to ginkgo because I was going from fully hard initially to semi-hard while having sex. It was very frustrating. I now have full erections throughout. This is the only variable I have changed, so I think that was it. Of course it could be the placebo effect, but I don’t think that is the case.

Placebo affect usually only last a couple of days. You have been on ginkgo for 5 months, could it be the ginkgo?

Trust me, it’s no placebo.

I can FEEL it when it works. It’s almost like an anti-depressent, and it loosens up your dick, gives you a great hang.

Can’t WAIT to add the tribulus to this!

milwaukeesbest have you noticed any changes in sleep and/or dreams during your Ginkgo Biloba journey?

Ginkgo’s removing your deprssion? I read it was good for anxiety but it really works for depression? Were you suffering from depression but now feel fine?

I have just bought a tub of 300grams powder at 24%/6% whatever that means? I wonder how much I should take each day? it says 100-200mg.

No sleep problems. I don’t take it late at night.

Ginkgo helps with depression, yes.

Will be going shopping today and will look about for Gingko Biloba in the desired strength.

Fascinating diary — thanks for keeping it. I started on Gingko Biloba a few weeks ago. Funny I associated my increased glans sensitivity with PE, did not think of the Gingko Biloba, but that makes sense. Will try taking all 240 at once too.

How much fish oil are you taking?

Do you take 240 mg at once?

It is time for my second dose of 120mg.
