My Power Supplement Breakfast.
Falling back from my PE routine a bit, I have entered a more physical routine at the gym. I haven’t forgotten about PE, in fact it’s all part of my process. I still do “minor” stretches and wet jelqs in the shower. What I have added to this complete life transforming mix is a power packed breakfast, with added supplements. Fresh fruit, whey protein shakes, and three supplements. All of this seems to be doing incredible things and I thought I’d share.
I know L-arginine and maca have been talked about in quite detail here. If it wasn’t for this site I would have never known the power these two supplements held. For my gym workouts, a few weeks ago I decided to add a testosterone boosting aid.
What I have noticed. My flaccid penis is thicker and heavier than ever. My erections seem longer and thicker as well.
What I make of this….Possible ideas?
1. It could be just the supplements working miracles. Bullshit!! Because I don’t believe in miracle penis pills. Yet, I think these supplements are having a positive effect in some way.
2. What I believe is really causing this?
First, Having a healthier diet with more water consumption.
Second, The gym workouts and possible reduction of the fat pad.
Third, a very light PE routine (not overworking)
Fourth, the added supplements.
I thought I would add this thread, because it might be a help to others here. Something you may want to experiment with? Something you may want to try and find out for yourself?
All I know is something is happening to my penis, with very little effort given to a PE routine and I love the results. :D
