Thank you!

For a Testosterone Boost try Intermittent Fasting, then when you are between 12 hours and 15 hours into your fast with a couple of hours remaining in your fast left to go, try doing bodyweight exercises such as four sets of Pull-Ups, Dips(for chest not the tricep version), Incline Push-ups(feet elevated on a chair), and Squats.

Intermittent Fast from 16 to 20 hours a few consecutive days a week.

Example:

Eat your last meal at 7PM.

Wake up.

At 7AM you are now 12 hours into your fast. Drink a glass of water and a cup of coffee and then do several Body Weight workouts such as 4 sets of Pull-UPS and four sets of Spider-Man Push-ups,

Jump in the shower and get ready for work.

At 1:00PM eat Lunch.
You just did an 18 hour Intermittent Fast.

At 6:30PM start on your last meal snd completely finish by 7PM,

Repeat for 3 to 4 days:
The next morning at 7AM do Squats, Dips(lower chest) and Incline Push-ups(Upper chest and shoulders).

Pick 4-8 exercises and simply rotate through them each morning doing two to three at a time then the next day two to three of the other exercises.

The combination of the intermittent fast and then body weight exercises 12 to 15 hours into your fast will turbo charge #1): Testosterone and #2): Human Growth Hormone.

I’ve heard a few speculate that perhaps HGH is also a minor contributing plus factor to the goals being worked on here at Thunders Place.

The first day of the intermittent fast is the toughest so I would not recommend starting on a Sunday evening and rolling into work on Day 1 Monday.

Start your first fast with your last meal at 7PM Saturday night so that come Monday you are already on day 2.

Curious thing you will find that your brain cognition is also stronger as you get into those middle to late portions of the fast as your body starts to burn fat for fuel instead of sugar. You will be pleasantly surprised at how your brain runs clearer and stronger particularly if you train your self to move into longer fasts such as a 20 hour fast.

Start lower and move up, example 16 hour fast, then next week 17 hour fasts, then the next week 18 hour fasts, then 19, then 20, etc.

Power through the belly growls and after a short while you will be pleasantly surprised that you are not hungry.

Just stay away from the kitchen and make sure your girlfriend does not start cooking something that smells incredibly good otherwise you will fold.

I should also have notes that I’ve read that Boron will increase free testosterone, which is the one we want more of. Once I started taking it mine went up significantly. The potential down side is that it can spike your estrogen, which it did to mine.

Since I am also on TRT (Testim 1%), my Dr also prescribed me Anastrozole to lower estrogen. I’ve found the right balance and now have all the benefits of high normal levels.

It was a game changer for me, because I had already done all the first steps…

L-Arg, Vitamin D, low sugar, DHEA, ZMA, Ashwagandha, no alcohol, no nicotine, playing two soccer games a week, heavy compound lifting and I was already at ~13% body fat. Now I’m closer to 10% and I don’t have to eat just chicken rice broccoli for every meal.

Hope that’s useful.

One question - Is your grandpa a Rockefeller or something? How can you afford all of that?

Starting stats (as of September 2018): 13.5cm / 5.3" BPEL ||| 11.5cm / 4.5" MSEG

Current stats (as of November 2022): 17cm / 6.7" BPEL ||| 13.5cm / 5.3" MSEG

Haha - no, I guess that I have good health insurance. The supplements aren’t all that expensive, the Test and Anastrozole cost around $15 per month and lifting, playing soccer not drinking and no nicotine are nearly free!
