Propecia problems?

Description: minoxidil 5% lotion with green tea extract 2%, azelaic acid 5%, finasteride 0.25%, flutamide 2% , alcohol 50%, ppg 10% which is in one bottle once a night. I miss days and don’t freak my hair is doing alright. As far as my blood pressure it has nothing to do with it and has gotten a lot better except when I’m stressing big time. Hey kingpole what does inositol do fro your hair?

If I could ever find a topical that can work just as good as the fin I will go off again, I like it better off. No doubt I have a stronger sex drive and I lose weight faster.

It is suppose to bring it back in, this is old 50’s research fro prevention magazine. I’m going to try it. It seemed to work for some but this was before they knew how to block DHT. You can block DHT with saw palmetto. So I’m thinking in combonation with biotin and saw palmetto it may just work. Biotin helps you keep the hair you have. 5mg should do it.

Remember Propecia may cause androppause, a lowering of testosterone translates into higher blood pressure and diabetes.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

Funny there’s still no research on this, guess finasteride makes to much money :D
There’s mass of anecdotal evidence that Propecia causes permanent HPTA shutdown with prolonged use.. Blah, so how much do you love your hair?

KP: IF saw palmetto really blocks T to DHT conversion, you can expect same results as from finasteride. IIRC there’s been some research pointing that saw palmetto blocks both test and DHT receptors, which can be even worse.

My doctor told me the benefits of saw palmetto were anecdotal and that it was not widely accepted as a hair loss treatment. Perhaps he was getting kickbacks from the makers of Propecia to say that though!

Well I just ordered some more revivogen and I’m going off the Propecia again because I want to be able to lose some weight and I find it much easier to lose some when off. I will most likely get some rogaine foam for the morning and the revivogen at night. I will also alternate the revivogen shampoo with the Nizoral shampoo. I will keep you guys posted on my results, I’m curious to see if I get the same hormone roller coaster ride as last time when I quit.

Hey guys

I’m 23 years old and about to start propecia, I’m going to the dr next week.
I’ve been on nizoral and minox 5 % for 6 months now, nothing has really happend.

People keep mentioning Revivogen, what is that exacly?
Is that a shampoo that you are supposed to use everyday, and how does it help hairloss.
I have read hours and hours of hairloss material, and have never heard about revivogen, and I’m afraid to throw money and time right out of the window

Good luck Dino.

Check out revivogen.com for a better description than I could give you. I like the stuff it’s no miracle but besides propecia nothing has worked as well as revivogen.

Well I have been off the Propecia for 4 or 5 days and I have gradually noticed that I have been more and more aggressive, yesterday was bad news I was down right nasty and had a short fuse and was mean as a snake. I just got my Revivogen yesterday and started last night, I did the shampoo this morning and still think it’s the best shampoo made. So far no difference on flaccid size but I have woke up with diamond hard ons throughout the night that just don’t seem to want to go down. Also as of yet I’m not any hornier off than I was on it. Will keep you guys posted on hair results and how I feel and act off Propecia.

I started propecia for the first time in my life today, 2 hours ago. I feel relieved that I’m finally doing the big 3 and starting my fight against hairloss.

My Health is in excellent condition and hopefully my body will tolerate propecia well. Wish me luck and I will continue to think positive as always.

This is a good day :)

Keep us posted on how you feel:)

I feel great off it, I have a much better flaccid hang that doesn’t change much through the day. I’m also having the hardest and largest night wood to date. I’m still over aggressive but I’m getting a handle on it and I’m feeling very confident and that anything is possible. My brain is clearer off Propecia and really do get a slight brain fog when on it. I’m hoping my hair hangs in without it and I want to get back to the gym and knock off the weight I gained the last 6 months. I’m liking the revivogen again so far:)

Dino, I like the Revivogen very well too. It combined with minoxidil, is working great on my crown. Not completely covered of course, but there is enough hair up there now to manipulate it so it covers. It doesn’t seem to be helping the thinning in front though. How is it working for you? I’ve got an order in for minoxidil with xandrox from Dr. Lee. It is supposed to work well on the front of the hairline, and Leatherface has always had good things to say about Dr. Lees products.

Chainz

The revivogen thickens up my hair in the front, I can’t say anything I have ever used will grow new hair the secret is to thicken those really fine tiny hairs back into full size hair shafts. I use a different product from Genhair they have a product line like Dr Lee but they have better prices and give you more and you don’t have to pay the Dr Lee service charge. I do trust leather on his pick of products though, so I’m sure the product must be good.
