Best way to take the guessing game out of it is to go out and buy a digital scale. The scales are cheap and can be found almost anywhere. I think I paid $20 for mine.

“Modestoman” Liquid C is one pump is 6 mg. For liquid V one pump is 10mg. Most people don’t take more then 20 mg per every 36 hours of C. If you have never took it I would start with one squirt and see how you feel after a day. With V 50 mg to a 100mg a day if needed .And I would start out with 50 mg if you’ve not used it before.

Thank you, koko107. That’s about what I expected, but it’s reassuring to receive the confirmation. I ordered both V and C together and I think I may have mixed them up on my first attempt—dosing C as it it were V. This caused a mild overdose, which gave me a brutal headache for about 2 days. I’m embarrassed to admit the mistake, but I’ve labeled both clearly now with recommended doses (with a Sharpie), so that shouldn’t happen again!

I just got the liquid C for the first time from iron dragon three weeks ago. Its some good shit. Works fast. Down fall is it don’t last as long as the pill. Seems to be bout half the pills life. An you might want to get a ml dropper,I’ve noticed the pumps not very accurate. And if you think about it, every-time before use you’re suppose too shake well. Well when you use it for the first pump there’s still bout 2 to 3 more pumps left in the tube. That will settle to the bottom of the tube an surely slowly leak into the bottle .so you’re next 2 to three pumps will always not be as strong of a dose, cause shaken it dose no good for what’s left in the tube lining. If you get me.:-) .And if you get a dropper 1 ml is 30 mg of C,so just work you’re way down from that. Good luck man.
