Try small doses at first, like 5 mg, and slowly let your body get used to it and slowly work up to larger doses, that works for me.

Anyone have a way to make 20mg capsules out of this powder?? I don’t see the point to cutting it in capsule form. I just want 20 mg caps for use.. Most likely will be opening up the cap and putting the powder under my tongue. Thanks! I have 200 grams of this from Sophie and really don’t want to take too much of it. Right now, I’m storing it in my freezer.

What I am doing is taking a small vitamin container, that I can reach my finger all the way to the bottom easily. I just wet the tip of my finger and dip it in. This gives probably a 5 mg dose. Its a very rough estimate, but that works fine for me. I keep the rest sealed in the freezer. When (IF) my small container runs out, I will just refill it.

The other option is get a small spoon of some type (usually get a very small scoop in a pure stevia bottle) and figure out a correct dose for you is. Trying to get 20 mg dose in a capsule is gonna be a huge hassle.

As a practical matter, to get a very small dose like that, you need to mix a known amount with a much larger amount of filler of some kind, mix them very thorougly, and then you can take a more easily measurable amount ot the mixture. So for example, 1/4 teaspoon of the mixture would contain 20mg of the active ingredient. I think that’s how compounding pharmacies make up capsules of stuff. They also mix in a colorant, the main purpose of which is to indicate when the mixing is complete.

Thats what most vitamin companies do, fillers to make it easier to get a small dose in a capsule. Good call ChuckR!

Hey sparkyx, when you ordered from Sophie did it come in different packaging? I’m thinking it might be for legal purposes but it’s labeled as Green Coffee Extract. I’m hoping they aren’t trying to troll me. $140 for some fat burner would make me rage just a little bit.

No, Sophie had explained that is how they package it to avoid making you pay an additional $50 export fee the Gov imposes. I didn’t want to make that public because who knows who may be monitoring this thread. BUT seeing how that source has dried up, I just did.
