You know what else matters? The Forum Guidelines. As I’ve told you before.
This is your second warning to get it together. No more "thats" when you mean that's or "Whats" when you mean What's. Figure out how punctuate and spell properly (hint: spell check is free) please.
So, you’re right about one thing: it matters.
There are many threads here about the efficacy of those sorts of pills.

It should be pointed out that you are only half right.
Supplements can improve blood flow to some degree, and that’s the best they can do; but it should be said that they cannot make it better if it is already fine.
Supplements can also increase arousal to some degree, but the unwanted (and often unstated) side effect to that is that they can also make ejaculatory control a little iffy.
For most young guys these pills are a total waste of money, as arousal and the ability to achieve erections reliably isn’t really an issue.
These pills don't ever increase your size, and further: there is little support for the idea that they help with gains.
But they do reliably lighten your wallet.
It is also important to know what you’re taking. Supplements like Vimax, VigorRX, Extenze, (etc., etc.), are the worst possible choice of these sorts of products. They rely on a ‘secret sauce’ marketing scheme and the ingredients are all lumped together in a vague "Proprietary Blend" amount that combines all ingredients. So you don’t really know how much of what you are taking. That combined with the fact that they are vastly overpriced should be a signal to avoid them.
Typically the ingredients that really matter are some form of L-Arginine, Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium Sagittatum), Yohimbe, and Maca Root, but it should be said that there are other herbals that do pretty similar things as each of these (Ginseng, Ginkgo, Tribulus Terestris, etc.). There is no ‘secret sauce’ that’s going to make any of them much better than any of the others.
For those who feel compelled to take supplements, a much more comprehensive and more reliable (as well as less expensive) choice is Twin Labs: Male Fuel (linked). It’s comprehensive, and gives you a specific breakdown of what you are taking, ingredient by ingredient.
But I’ll say it again: if you’re a young man and have no trouble getting it up, save your money.
