Basically I’m just looking for supplements that improve erection strength (besides the obvious levitra, viagra, cialis). I’m 20 and my erections are real hard if my PC muscle is flexed, but otherwise they’re very unimpressive. I’ve been throwing back L-arginine and that’s not really doing much, but there’s so much stuff out there I’d like to know what has worked for other people. Any suggestions?

Have you seen a doctor about this, dmitri? Seriously, at your next general examination, you should mention it. Weak erections can be a sign of other problems.

If you just mean your dick isn’t rock-hard, though, and you’re having no problems getting and keeping decent erections, then you’re fine. I don’t have suggestions about the supplements, besides the obvious ones you mentioned.

I don’t get sick for long time and it increased my libido, increased my testosterone(I think) and improve the hardness.

I haven’t seen a doctor yet because I’m in college and I don’t know how the whole system of doctors and bills works, so I’m just gonna wait till I go home in December to see the doctor. Thanks for the concern though. By the way, does increased testosterone increase the frequency and quality of erections, or just help with libido?

When I was 20, my cock got rock hard when the wind blew too hard. I was living at home then. When I woke up in the morning I had to wait at least 10 minutes for my erection to subside so I could go downstairs and eat breakfast with the rest of the family. Man, those were the good old days!

Besides PE and the recommendations made above, intense weight training will help raise your testosterone levels. That will increase libido and the quality of your erections. Oh, one more thing, if you smoke or drink… stop it.

I agree with JAPP, intense weight-training really will boost libido (and erections in turn). I suspect it’s through both the increased testosterone and the general mood elevation. It also relaxes the mind a bit, like a drink or two. Overall, I’m at my best with the ladies a few hours after a hard weight workout. (err, not in terms of fucking them — I’m pretty worn out still — but in chatting them up with steely confidence and ambition)

Hi dmitri, I take L-Arginine (1000 mg at day), and it works good for me, but you can try those vp-rx pills too. (Expensive)
