Could anyone give me advice on which supplements to take that will help improve gains?

Not quite what you are asking but a healthy diet, plenty of sleep, and lots of water are the supps that will make the most difference in your PE journey.

Take a look at this thread for a run down on what supps the guys around here feel actually work in some way or another, not necessarily PE related. Supplements
