Ok, besides L-Arginine, what supplement is effective for EQ? I’m a little lost here, trying to read as much as I can.


Current Stats: 5.5 L & 4.5 G .

Current Goal: 6 L & 5 G by August. Any help is appreciated.

Besides L- Arginine, you can also use less L-Ornithine and L-Citruline. If you smoke, quit as that can affect EQ, if you have Blood Pressure issues, the meds can also affect EQ as can diabetes. Basically the amino acids mentioned help produce more nitric oxide, which is a vaso-dilator and allows more blood flow to the penis allowing for a firmer erection.

Ok, where can I get many of these fine products? Can’t seem to find most of them at my local pharmacy.

NOW foods formula, I have used this twice before not for libido or PE purposes but partners have noticed both length and girth increases while using this velvet bean extract supplement. I decided to try it again almost a year later and measured before and after. A quarter inch in BPEL and a half inch in BP-EG are what I noticed on the second day of using this product a second time so far. Just thought I would throw that out there

A half inch girth increase after 2 doses?? That sounds, well, incredible.

I’m thinking of taking:

Pygeum 100mg
Soya Lecithin 1200mg
L Arginine 1000mg
Zinc 25mg
Damiana 450mg

Taking one of each in the morning (2 hours after eating = empty stomach)
Taking one of each in the evening (before going to bed, roughly 2 hours after eating dinner = empty stomach).

Do you think this stack will help erection firmness, increase precum and increase my load?
Or do you think I need to take more?

L-arginine has proven in studies to not be effective orally and tribulus I think is a scam so I’ve sort of given up.

Can you give us a reference?

I use both these and do get a benefit. Trib improves my hornyness and L-Arginine taken on an empty stomach does help my EQ though not as much as cialis. It also helps with my exercise routine and believe it has helped me lose weight. I take 2 grams a day usually 5 days a week with a week off every now and then.

I searched but couldn’t find any input on here regarding L-Arginine Plus, Cardio Formula. I was browsing amazon and the dosages seem about right for some of the supplements mentioned here. I am mainly looking for better EQ.

Was active last week after a while off and I found myself having some issues staying hard enough for penetration. Huge bummer, hoping this helps me out. Already feeling a bit fuller/harder after a couple of days pumping/jelqing so feeling positive.

I remember t-nation did a write up on the arginine scam he’s probably talking about.

Ya, arginine alone does nothing according to the studies I’ve seen. It increases nitric oxide a litte, but doesn’t benefit EQ. Citruline malate is a chemical that is converted to arginine, and supplementation with citruline malate increase blood arginine concentration more than pure argine does.

There is an awsome supplement called citruline malate that has been shown in studies to improve EQ when taken with nitric oxide boosters like argine/citruline malate. I take argine, citruline malate, pycnogenol stack, and it does indeed improve my EQ.

I did alittle studying on this and I don’t think it is something that I would risk taking.

It seams more for people with Parkinson’s disease.

You guys talk about L-arginine all the time. Why don´t try citruline malate? It´s a better NO boost

And If you don´t want to expend more money with supplements, just take 500mg of beets.
