Recall the sexual function is controlled by the parasympathetic nervous system. If you are depressed and anxious, then the sympathetic system will instead be active and it will be difficult to reach your potential. Dealing with the depression may be the best answer, above supplements. Make sure health habits (sleep, cardio, lifting, food, water) are on point.. Small daily gains in these areas add up over time. It helps a lot to set up your environment to promote good habits, like by making sure your bedroom helps you sleep, you have exercise gear ready, and healthy food. If you’re chronically sleep deprived, or anxious about anything, that would explain a lot of your symptoms. We make testosterone especially towards the end of our sleep

Magnesium is also nice for sleep, blood flow, testosterone, and if Zinc helps, stick with it.

It lists supposedly herbal supplements that contain sildenafil or tadalafil (both in some cases). I purchased some 60mg yellow herbal ‘sexual enhancement’ pills from eBay a few years ago, lots of good feedback, very cheap, listed some herbal ingredients. Took one, not expecting much, nose became totally blocked, face flushed, ludicrous erections for several days, followed by various muscle pains. The product was clearly spiked with a lot of tadalafil (having experienced some of the common side-effects). Could be very dangerous to the wrong person.

Those cheap sellers seem to be long gone, replaced by ‘herbal’ pills that are frequently more expensive than the prescription ED medicine. Be wary of miraculous feedback with instant results.

Doing a quick scan through it looks like a fair amount of the products listed there are those gimmicky "male enhancement" pills that you can find over the counter in gas stations and sex shops. While some of them may tout that they are natural or herbal…. yeah I wouldn’t trust anyone who names a pill ‘SUPER PLATINUM 30000 STALLION’ to not try and spike the batches to give users results and fill the rest with cheap BS so its cheap.

I would argue to pretty much always stay away from pills that are blends, even the ones that are not so gimmicky. As they typically use ‘proprietary blends’, so they don’t have disclose every supplement and its amount. Making it really easy to over pay for under-dosed supplements. Its almost always better, if one can, to purchase individual supplements in bulk. That way you not only will save a shit load of money, but you can control the exact dosage of each specific supplement as you please. As an aside, its much easier to vet companies that wont be spiking your product with random shit just to feign results.

Hey All.. I’ve been a member here for a long time, mostly a dreaded lurker. Dabbled in PE, but ultimately abandoned exercises as I got more comfortable with my size and did not have the ability to prioritize workouts. I’ve been focusing now on maximizing my EQ and libido for the better part of 5 years. Success for me has come in waves and has been linked to a cycle of supplementation, during which I’ve dabbled in basically every herb/drug listed in this forum. More recently, my wife and I have been getting into an ethically non-monogamous lifestyle. Its a fun way to spice things up, but I’ve had a couple bad experiences with being unable to perform.. Real bummer for me. I’m currently working on addressing any psychological issues that may be negatively impacting my performance (meditation and a new therapist.)

Now, with everyone’s help, I’d love to get some critiques or thoughts on what I’m currently on and any thoughts on how to best cycle or edit this stack to keep the maximum benefit (EQ/libido/desire).. See below for my current regimen:

Morning:

- L-Citrulline 1700mg

With Lunch:

- Tongkat Ali, 500mg
- Tribulus Terrestris, 1000mg

Mid-Afternoon:

- GNC Men’s Vitality VitaPak: (general multivitamin, fish oil, Maca Powder 450mg, L-Arginine 250mg, L-Citrulline 100mg, various others)
- Tadalafil (Cialis) 5mg

Evening (when I think there’s a chance of sex):

- Maca Powder 1200mg
- L-Citrulline 1700mg

Curious to hear everyone’s thoughts on this stack and ways to optimize or fill gaps.. Again, my goal is not PE but EQ. Thanks in advance.

In my bodybuilding days I’d use this while running testosterone to suppress estrogen conversion.

However, I gotta say it would be a bad idea for using for the purpose of boosting test as while it will do that, the drop in estrogen is too much and can hurt both your joints, mood and libido.

Hey, sorry if I sound dumb, but did any of you noticed to have acne when you had hormonal problems? I started to have acne lately and as a boy I didn’t pay much attention to it till it began to hurt. Plus, one of my friends noticed this and said to take care and recommended some acne products. I bought them and saw significant changes, but after a time acne reappears. I think there is a more serious problem behind it, maybe hormonal. If somebody has experienced something like this, please tell me, unless, I will go to the doctor.

You don’t sound dumb, this is something normal. If you didn’t know very often acne appears due to hormonal changes. It is good that you started to take care of it because it can leave some ugly scars if you don’t. By the way, in my opinion, besides using some acne products , you need also to take some pills, maybe supplements or antibiotics (because you said it reappears). A doctor will help you a lot more than us, especially since you will have to give some analysis that will indicate the main problem.

Hi! I know you wrote this in June but I’ll weigh in now if I can and if its still relevant.
I’ll comment on Tribulus first. I use it and have used it for over 15 years now. I cycle off it after a few weeks and take like 5-7 days off, although lately I’ve been really liking the feeling of it in me and I haven’t taken a break from it in 2 months whoops! Anyway, if you take 1000mg, is it one pill or two for that dose? I’ve been taking a 750mg pill in the morning with food and again evening with dinner. When I take it all at once its quite a lot (I used to have 500mg pills and dosed morning/night one and one) but spread out over the day I feel really good. I have a “calm” kind of feeling that when its time to get erect and make love with my wife, or even just whenever I feel like getting hard and playing with myself, I don’t have any wondering, wandering thoughts or doubts about anything at all. *If you can split your dose, maybe a lunch/evening split would work good for your goals of EQ.

I’ve taken Tongkat a bit here and there too. Always mixed results. What kind of Tongkat do you take? Is it standardized, like a 20:1 or 100:1 extract-like supplement? The 200:1 is the one you want, it has the best effect at least when I read about it online and in my own body it works best (although, sometimes the full-on non-standardized versions of herbals works best for some of us, some things I need full spectrum and not standardized or they don’t work). Sometimes I know its making me harder than normal and harder faster, but sometimes I don’t feel like it works at all. It does have an effect on testosterone, so I’ve read, but its unsubstantiated clinically. Since it does act as an erection aid and enhancer, maybe try taking it with your Maca and Citrulline in the evening? I think the Tribulus stacked with Tongkat and Maca in the evening can be good for your EQ.

There is a nootropic that I just started taking, read it about it online where I didn’t expect it: citicoline. Its pretty strange stuff! Apparently it raises libido. I feel like it does. I’m normally a super horny dude anyway, but something about the citicoline makes my horniness feel more directed when needed. Especially when I’m making out with my wife. I don’t care what she’s doing or what we’re doing together, my desire for her is more through the roof than normal and I noticed this intensity pretty much on day two of taking citicoline. There’s a story online of a nurse who reported a really old guy in a nursing home started taking it to help his alzheimers or something like that he was like the “home stud” and started getting it on with women and was horny and ready to go all the time. The day they took him off it because it was getting out of hand, he didn’t act that way anymore. Anecdote I know. But, there’s something to it I think! At least I feel like there is.

Lastly, boron! Add boron, a 3mg pill, to your regimen. Go for the Piping Rock triple version, it has three forms of boron. I take it morning and evening; 12mg is the threshold for a day but I never take more than 6mg/day. I notice much stronger erections and a harder cock since I’ve been taking it. Definitely something going on with boron for sure; other forum members here can attest to this.

I’ve taken 6mg and also 9mg a day a few times. I detect no physical issues, changes, problems, side effects, etc.. I’ve read a few sources say 12mg is kind of the threshold for how much supplementation we can handle. I’ve done 3mg in the morning and again early evening. I’ve also done 3mg morning and 6mg in the evening. The days/nights I was on 9mg my wood was very strong!
