Yup, I take L-Citrulline.. Not sure if gains are from supplement or work.

Just wanted to share one I have been researching since starting TRT and just started taking. It’s called DIM and is the compound in cruciferous veggies that helps control estrogen. Supposedly you would have to eat like at least three servings a day and although I do like broccoli and Brussels sprouts, I’m not eating 3 servings a day.

DIM supposedly helps you convert more testosterone into a more beneficial form of estrogen, which readily binds to SBGH, this in turn will keep more free test around and do all the cool things free test does.

Since I’m on TRT, and I’m not taking an aromataze, this is kind of an herbal hack to get the benefits of estrogen while minimizing its side effects and goosing up free t as well.

Just started taking it today(300mg supplement), so I’ll throw in a update in 2 weeks.

I take DIM from time to time and yah, it makes me feel good! My boner forms a bit quicker and I feel almost “animalistic” while fucking or jerking off. But, not like a “T rage” kind of feeling, just like a good manly kind of feeling. It makes your pee smell gross though! Sometimes I take tribulus, sometimes DIM. I can’t tell what I like best.

DIM is a more concentrated form of another supplement, Indole Forte, either of which are often prescribed with TRT. As both are derived from cruciferous vegetables, beware the side effects.

It increases blood circulation and is good for overall health, so it maybe helps? I never can tell if it does help or not because my hard on is pretty hard normally :)

Yeah I figured I’d try to just I see if it will help with libido/ harder erections. Similar to people saying vitamin C may also help, or citrulline! I’m always down

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here but I thought I’d share my current stack.

Morning:
1,000mgs of solgar vitamin C
2,000iu’s of solgar vitamin D
22mgs of solgar zinc
250mgs of solgar alcar (more for mental clarity)

Mid-morning:
1,000mgs of solar vitamin C
250mgs of solgar alcar.

Lunch:
8-10oz baked chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
8oz or steamed rice. Sometimes I’ll mix in some quinoa. Lately I’ve been trying to switch over completely to quinoa for it’s low glycemic index.
1-kind bar.
I’ll follow this diet for 3 days on, Monday-Wednesday. Thursday & Friday I’ll have 8-9oz of extra lean ground sirloin and steamed rice/quinoa. Weekends my diet varies from eating similar lean meals to all out cheat days.

Pre-workout:
4grams of optimum nutrition creatine
2grams Kaged muscle l-citrulline (just added to my stack as of 12/17/21)
12-20oz of coffee
Gatorade zero

Evening after my workout and before dinner:
Airborne or Emergency-C (depending on what I have on hand)
250mgs of solgar alcar.
Gatorade G2 low sugar
8oz of pedialyte

For dinner I’ll have some sort of protein source of meat, chicken or steak and a serving of assorted vegetables. Other days I’ll have a vegetarian dinner consisting of Mediterranean style sandwiches.

Before bed:
3,000iu’s of solgar vitamin D.

I’ve been on this stack for a few months now, but have eaten semi clean for most of my adult life. I’m 42 with no signs of ED. I edge everyday only reaching full orgasm every 10-14 days. But, this round I plan on trying to abstain from full orgasm for 20-25 days. I’ve never made it past 14 days. Currently on day 8.

EQ is always at a constant 7-10 depending on stress levels. It’s interesting how my mindset has shifted from bodybuilding and trying to be as big as possible to overall health leaning more towards penile health.

I am currently on a keto diet, I will start using some of these products and I will comment later

If you’re doing keto for the health benefits, I found it almost eliminated my allergy symptoms, plus the random stomach upsets I used to have often went away.

If you’re doing bodybuilding or strength training you may have to experiment a bit to find what your body likes. From reports, it’s okay for maintaining tone, but if you’re trying to build muscle mass, you’ll probably have better luck with one of the diets designed specifically for that.

If you’re doing keto for weight loss, consider going carnivore instead. You don’t have to fuss around with calculating carb counts or playing the macro game. I started with keto, but I’m probably “dirty carnivore” now; seldom over 10 carbs, and often zero. I’ve been losing about two pounds a week; 56 pounds since late last November.

You can combine it with DHEA for an extra boost of T.

Probably somebody mentioned thus but ashwaganda is my go to supplement.

It raises T by 20% and lowers cortisol by 20% also.

It relaxes you but then also gives you strength.

No negative side effects.

This is not true. And side effects include risk of developing anhedonia.
