Has anyone gotten any results from Shilajit?

Has anyone found any remedy against premature ejaculation which does not numb?

I don’t think anything taken orally will Increase testosterone levels. Maybe Zinc/Magnesium because it increases sperm. You will need to inject to notice a real difference. Just for future reference.

OK, I know there’s been a lot of debate about the efficacy of L-Arginine, but after two weeks at 2gm/day I’m experiencing multiple night & morning woods & harder & more frequent erections that I can initiate by keggling. Is it real, or just in my head? I’ve had ED for at least ten years (I’m 74).

Well it sounds like you cured it, arginine is generally recognized as safe as long as you don’t have an intolerance to it.

I’m still taking 2g of L-Arginine per day after starting May 15th & results (night & morning woods, & erections on demand) continue to be good. It’s NOT just in my head.

I’ve had poor luck with yohimbe. One brand gave me a chub one time, another made me limp with a racing heartbeat, and the other did nothing.

What brand do you use? I’ve had mixed results and most brands offer too small a dose.

He should have been more specific, by saying some instead of a generic "in shipments from Malaysia". Every product has bad batches, but not usually enough that everyone receives one at some point.

I ate watermelon for a week straight and all I got was a full belly. Don’t pretend all bodies react the same way.

Black currant seed? I used to take it. Can’t say it did anything.

Sorry I missed your earlier question, SP : I’m taking two 1000mg caplets per day, GNC L-Arginine. At this dosage they’re easy to take (but in a pill box with other meds they tend to crumble; humidity, maybe? This doesn’t happen if left in the original plastic bottle). However, they still seem effective for me.

I’ve had no luck with GNC brand. I’ve had better luck avoiding it.
