You know what might help too? I am reading a book by a doctor on “Male Menopause” and he suggests doing longer duration kegels to rehabilitate the levitor ani muscles to help with erection strength.His recommendation is twenty 10 to 20 second kegels every day. I modified it a little and am doing 30 or 40 every other day. I have been doing it for about a month and I have noticed a difference.
=======As far as ED goes there are lots of things that could be happening.
If your diet is crappy, you carry extra weight around your middle, and you drink a lot - Those things could cause your estrogen levels to be high, your testosterone levels could be too low.
Overtraining with your PE routine can cause trouble too. If that is the case a week or two off with fix it up.
i dont drink at all. I was on a test booster tho more of an AI. I just started some horny goat weed to see if that helps.
I also believed i was over training with PE, and i decided to take a week or 2 off.
As for kegels, i do weighted kegels hanging straight out
