Unscientific "bulge" experiment

So, for a week, I did a totally unscientific experiment with a fake “bulge” (see pics). It started with a thread I read recently that talked about putting a pair of socks on your dick to give the look of being huge. I thought this was funny! But, started considering what women do with padded bras, forming undergarments and the like, and thought it would be interesting to see if there is any change in women’s behavior; if they were as “shallow” as us men looking at a great pair of boobs! Here are my findings:

I would say 70% of the women I came in contact with, whether in a grocery store, restaurant, coffee shop, etc., couldn’t stop looking at my bulge, and it didn’t matter the age. I was at a department store, and a woman in her 70’s was looking at my package! While sitting in a coffee shop, I kept busting a young pretty gal, in her 20’s looking at me, and it wasn’t at my eyes! Women definitely like to see a package!

The interesting thing I found, that I didn’t expect, was that men were looking as well! Maybe sizing it up, maybe getting jealous, not sure, but didn’t expect this.

Well, I’m back to my “hardly a bulge” and I’m looking forward to the day, when I won’t have to use a pair of socks! :)

I know what they where thinking : “Bad inguinal hernia, poor guy.”.

Haha! You conducted your own study? That’s neat and I like your jeans. All the women I have come across seem to be very materialistic or gold digging. This is going back to see if women are as shallow as men when they see big boobs.

I saw a soft dildo one time that was meant for packing a faux bulge. It might be fun to see the reactions from wearing it around.

I think most people, when they see a bulge like that, assume you have an erection. Very awkward, and hard to take your eyes off of. Ballsy of you to try this :)

Definitely some high eyebrow expressions, but no conversation. I should have taken it up a notch and see what my ratio would have been for pursuing a date, but figured the SO wouldn’t appreciate that!

At the local Starbucks here the women would ignore you, but the hairdressers would look.

Reminds me of a thread I saw on a women’s forum where guys will often ask sexual questions. Some guy was shy and embarrased by the huge bulge that he got in most pants. I guess he was after reassurance that it wasn’t obscene/gross etc to women. All of the women in the thread said it was a turn on, something they liked to see, or nothing to be ashamed of etc. A couple of them I think were sort of baffled that men could have big bulges, because they had never seen any, even though they had tried. Like they had been missing out on something.

The positive respons I think obviously had something to do with the fact that he came across as genuinly anxious about it. If he had just asked if girls like seeing big bulges he would probably have drawn out more of the “Ew, pervert looking for jerk off material!” crowd. I actually suspected it was a succesful act on his part, because he knew this. But I came away from that thread feeling like most women do not mind a bulge at all. (As long as it doesn’t actually look like you have a hard on.)

The women where I get coffee are of the hair and nails variety and wouldn’t be caught looking at a cock unless it had a diamond ring on it.
