Day 4.
I can feel the testosterone starting to make it’s climb now. Woke up with a lead pipe between my legs and remember having good dreams - not explicitly sexual dreams, but I definitely remember having an extended flirtation with some random chick I saw on TV last night. Good stuff. Not the best, but good.
Went to the gym and had an unbelievable workout. Worked my back today, which involved a series of very heavy compound lifts. Felt incredibly strong and was throwing big weight around like no body’s business.
I should mention that I’m on the porn detox plan as well, and the urge to just look at it has been pretty substantial. I’ve fought it off thus far, keeping in mind that Days 4-7 are typically the when the brain is most intensely crying out for the dopamine surge it expects from porn/masturbation.
Hit the beach after the gym (I live in South Florida and am on vacation). Watched a good-looking mom apply sunscreen to herself and promptly felt the urge to plow her into October - a feeling that definitely would not have come on so strongly had I stuck to my previous ejaculation habits. It made me feel pent up, but a good, energetic kind of pent up.
I expect to get a regularly scheduled booty call from a friend of mine tomorrow night. Typically I wouldn’t give it much thought until it’s time to do the deed, but right now I find myself looking forward to it with serious intensity. All signs point to me fucking her into a coma tomorrow night.
