ACK Premature Ejaculation

Ever since I’ve started PE, I have had a bad case of premature ejaculation. I was no “sex god” pre-pe, but I would be able to last at LEAST 10 minutes while having sex. But after peing for a little over 2 1/2 months, I tend to cum a LOT sooner. I’ve tried edging and kegeling (edging for only about a month), and it doesn’t seem to help, although kegeling has seemed to have given me larger loads (of cum) and stronger erections. I last long when my girlfriend gives me head or a hand job, but when it comes to sex, I very quickly. I’m considering doing an acupuncture treatment. Does anyone know how much a session of acupuncture usually cost? Anyone have any other cures for premature ejaculation?
