anyone get skin tags on their penis or in that area?

I have, and I’m not sure what causes it. I’m guessing it’s normal because you get them on your body so I guess you can get them anywhere. Has any else experienced this? It’s basically a small little tag that rises up a little bit and hangs off. They look pretty gross so I remove them myself. I have had 2 on my penis before and 1 in the pubic area. It may also be a fat deposit. I’m just curious if you ever had one of them before down there or if it’s anything serious to worry about. I know I shouldn’t remove them myself, but they never have came back and I do it as properly as I can.

How do you remove them? I have a couple in my armpits that I would like to get rid of. I used to have on next to my penis, but it fell off one day! Er, the skin tag, not my penis.

I just use small medical scissors. I rub rubbing alcohol over it first then snip away. It hurts a little bit if you can handle some pain. But beware, it’s going to bleed awhile so I suggest some neo-sporin and bandaid ready. I usually do it right before i go into the shower so I can clean it. I don’t suggest removing any on or around your dick if you plan on going out or meeting up with a girl. You never know what could happen and it would probably gross her out if she saw a bandaid on your unit :) . So give yourself a day to heal and it should turn out like nothing was even there.

I had one on the base, now it has came down to the shaft.:) I like it, it is easier to see progress .

I think what you’re referring to (if I’m not mistaken) is called a squamous cell carcinoma, and it’s a benign form of cancerous growth. Nothing necesarily to worry about with the possible exception of a potentially higher chance of general skin cancer as one gets older.

Doctors recommend not removing them yourself, but that doesn’t stop me.

nail clippers will do the trick.

Never spotted one on my dick, only in armpits. I don’t know if I would cut them off my dick.
It’s awfully sensitive around there.

Kids can get some desensitizing stuff on the spot where the doctor will insert a needle. Perhaps you could use something like that?

I’ve had one in my armpit. I snipped it off a couple of times, and it hasn’t returned since the second time.

I had a bunch on my armpits and one huge one on my upper inner thigh. Thought about doing PE on it to give me that extra something. :cool:

Anyway, I had wife dress like Norman Bates and hack them all off while calling me a filthy boy. :inlove:

I had some terrible things like that on the head of penis when I was younger. Also had a super wierd “bridge of skin” from the back of my head to the shaft (bout 1 cm long). Wierd stuff…

Anyway, a pair of really sharp scissors, clenched teeth, and a lot of balls took care of all that :)
