Tight wrinkled area of skin on underside of Flaccid

Hi pretty much as the title says, the other day I noticed on my flaccid penis that the reason (I presume) the middle is thinner than the rest is because on the underside of the penis there is a patch of skin which is wrinkled and as though pulled together causing somewhat of a constriction on the middle of the penis, when erect this area is obviously stretched out to normal so you can’t see it, I have a few questions concerning this:
1. Does anybody else have this or know what it is?
2. Could it be possible that the skin area the middle of the penis is tougher than the rest and that is what limits the mid girth of the penis?
3. Is there a way to “stretch” the skin to stop it from wrinkling?

Extra skin just happens with PE the skin is the first thing to grow. I don’t know of any way of stopping it but without skin growth your dick wouldn’t get any bigger. My only advice is don’t sweat it because it’s a small price to pay for a big dick.

Is that patch of skin noticeably more sensitive compared to the rest of the skin?

Nope not that I have noticed it’s just much tighter than the rest (or that’s how it feels)

Why what would it mean if it was sensative?

The wringled skin you’re talking about, is it a thin strip that travels the length of you penis from below the glans down to the scrotum?

I think I know what you mean, it happens to me sometimes, but only sometimes, other times its normal, must be something to do with the way the flaccid changes size and shape throughout the day?

Naab, no it does not travel the whole length it is just a small almost circular patch perhaps no more than 0.75-1inch located underside in the middle where the thinnest area of girth is
