Bad Circulation

Hey guys, I previously posted about turtling all day, but I wanted to address this issue further.

I am now convinced that I have bad circulation for the following reasons:
1) I turtle a lot
2) when I jelq, blood flow is low unless I’m sexually stimulated by it
3) my hands and feet are always freezing, when I shake hands with people, they are always HOT!

So what is a man to do? I have 20, 6’, 160 lbs. I try to stay off the caffeine, except I do drink coffee sometimes.

1) What should I be avoiding?
2) What can I take/do?
3) I searched about herbs and what not here, but haven’t found anything definitive. If I were to take herbs, what kind, and WHAT BRAND? I currently am taking a One a Day Men’s formula. I was thinking about Ginkgo Biloba, but I’m slightly afraid because two people in my family have had aneurysms and I don’t want to die.. Lol

I also want to say that after jelqing and during warm down, I shrink back from my soft enlarged length to my normal flaccid length very quickly. As I’ve posted before, sometimes I don’t even finish my jelqs before I shrink back.

I too suffer from cold hands and feet. It is a complex subject. and there are several causes. I think your best bet for informationis to do a google search on circulation

I just tried a search and got a UK site :

Which lists a large number of causes. And where you might find a cause there matching your condition, and where you may be able to try a cure more applicable to you

Thanks for the link petitfaun, I “suffer” from cold feet and hands too, have had problems with erections but one thing seems to work for me right now.

I cut down on caffeine, from like a pot a day to 2 cups max.
And a cocktail of supplements,
ginseng extract
iron
multivitamin

Of course I can’t say that THIS and only this has given me better/more erection but fact is that I’ve been more horny recently and have had more morning wood and spontaneous erections.


Has been: 6.4 x 4.7 (16.3 x 12cm)

Is : 6,9 x 4.7 (17.7 x 12cm)

WILL BE : 7 x 4,8 (17,8 x 12.2cm)

Unless you have been diagnosed with low blood iron, which is very rare in men, you should not supplement iron. Men normally get all the iron they need from their diets which include meat, a rich iron source.

Supplementing iron causes it to collect in your body and it is bad for your heart health among other things.

Oh, didn’t know that. I’ve just been tired and thought that iron could help. I have to read some more about it and make a new decision. Thanks

yeah I was looking into ginseng. I just don’t know much about supplements.

I think I’m in same boat here. Does tea count as caffeine. Like 3-5 cups per day? Should I quit it?

Also, Noppoli, do you exercise. That is most likely the best thing you can do to improve circulation. Some cardio at least 3 days per week. Like you I am skinny for my height and would rather not do cardio as it will only make me skinnier but I think this is gotta be the best way to improve circulation before any supplements and diet.

Another strange and maybe related thing I have a real low resting pulse rate sometimes 30ish, yet I am not in the least bit fit. I wonder if this means something?

I haven’t been exercising as much lately, but I have noticed that when I do cardio a few times a week this helps get the blood pumping.

Try natural remedies first before moving on to supplements. Don’t take what you don’t need.

When I was younger I had a very low heart rate something like 40/minute when resting. I was also really skinny (at 18 I was 128 pounds). Now at 79 normal resting is 60 but that can go up to 130-140+ when exercising

I found out many years later that I was allergiic to milk and it was causing my system to get rid of food before fully digesting it so I didn’t gain weight.

I did find it helped when I started weight training (Age 22) And I went up up to about 170lbs with the help of cod liver oil.

Although whether that would help with other allergies I can’t say

have you done or tried anything for this? Can you explain the difference between natural remedies and supplements? I may be using them wrong.

Natural remedies would be exercising, eating and resting properly. Supplementing is basically popping pills or adding powders to drinks/shakes to rid of the problem. You get most of what your body needs from the foods you eat, granted you are maintaining a healthy diet.

Ah great thanks, I think I was using them interchangeably.

Probably I don’t get enough sleep, don’t eat right, and stress too much. These unfortunately are things I wont be able to change for another 2-3 years or so.

But the circulation problem has been an issue since forever. And a lot of guys seem to have the problem
