I statred eating a lot of fruits. Milk products
No alcohol nicotine drugs etc…
I didn’t find a thread covering this subject so I just started a new one.
I think a lot of people don’t even know about this.
So I thought I’d just tell you what I’ve experienced.
I found out that carribean fruits as Mangoes, papaya etc. give the best tastes. Be careful to eat too many fruits with vitamin C. ou might eat to much and that will make it taste a little sour and I bet you’l run to the bathroom 3 times a day.
Most important of all is that you drink at least 1/2 gallon - 1 gallon of water each day. Doing sports the body can burn faster and will also give you nice and creamy cum wich can be especially trained through milk products such as joghurts of any type.
Even softice will do if not too manx chemicals were used.
Remember Your cum tastes like the food you eat.
I once had my gf complain because I ate a whole lot of Spaghetti aglio et olio (lot of garlic and oliveoil).
She said she could taste that the next 2 days.
I try not to eat too much garlic. Garlic is good for the bloodpreasure and -low. So I recomend to take garlic pills those won’t affect the taste.

L-argine does affect the taste definately since it includes acids. Just try it if you realize it affects the taste just stop using and the taste will be back to normal in 2 days.
Or just eat really healthy take l-argine and make it taste like it does now or even better.
I guess everybody needs too try that.
