Bigger load

Doing a lot of kegels (as a routine and just before the ejaculation) is great for bigger load. Drinking mineral water a few hours before ej. Is very good too. I tried it on myself and it really works. :)

Besides, whether you masturbate or have sex, you should get to the point when you feel that you cannot go longer and stop just before the ejaculation. Then you must cool down a bit and start playing again.

Also, if you masturbate rarely (for instance once a week) you will always have much bigger load than if you do it on a daily basis.

Apart from that - it’s genetics, your diet and your lifestyle that influences how much you ejaculate. I’ve noticed that when I’m doing sport I have much more semen than in ‘lazy days’.

I can offer a bit of advice in this area. I’ve had plenty of experience regarding this matter. I have also tried quiet a number of different supplements. Here’s what I know so far:

1. Hydration is possibly the most important thing to consider. If you are dehydrated it does seem to affect volume. Also, if you drink coffee/tea you are likely to also suffer from dehydration from time to time. Drop gulp water. Sip it throughout the day to allow for better hydration and turnover of water.

2. Arginine. This is an Amino Acid. I use it in a powder form. It is also available as AAKG (meant to have better absorption) and Citrulline Malate (meant to provide better absorption and a greater dose). It seems to do a reasonably job at helping create more volume. Best taken in the morning as it might lead to sleeplessness.

3. Zinc. Try a Zinc supplement. Preferably a Zinc Complex (usually contains complementary vitamins/minerals). Does wonders for the human body. Best taken at night before bed.

4. Tribulus Territras. I use it in powder form. Does a good job increasing sexual stamina. Best taken in the morning as it might lead to sleeplessness.

5. Avena Sativa. I use it in powder form. Is meant to give you additional staying power (makes you last longer). Seems to work very well. Best taken in the morning as it might lead to sleeplessness.

6. MACA. I use it in powder form. Does a good job increasing sexual stamina. Best taken in the morning as it might lead to sleeplessness.

7. Sleep. Believe it or not, I’ve read that adequate sleep is also a factor. I cannot prove or disprove this theory.

8. Multivitamin. Also try a good multivitamin for men. Can’t hurt.

9. Protein. Good sources of protein are important. Nuts are good (not your own). I regularly eat Peanuts, Cashews, Macadamia Nuts and Brazil Nuts. One Brazil nut is meant to have the daily intake of selenium for men. Selenium is an important trace element for the male reproductive system. Not sure if it will help with volume but it will help with sperm. Good if you are trying to have kids.

I hope that helps. If you can’t afford all of the above I’d suggest (other than hydration) Arginine and Zinc.

Darb, I believe proteins you speak of have herbal origin and as such don’t have much use to humans as our digestive tract hasn’t evolved to use them. Only proteins of animal origin are of use to humans.

Concerning question in original post, kegels and a lot of water did the trick for me. If I wait 2-3 days without orgasm, my ejaculation can put even Peter North to shame. :P Also, range is 2+ meters last time I tested. :D

Kegels clearly help, I noticed my ejaculation is considerably weaker if I stop doing them for time periods of few weeks.

How the hell do you get it to go 2 metres??

That being said, my volume at the moment is immense and my semen is crazy thick and heavy, despite my huge consumption of water. I love where I’m at presently but must return to intense kegel sessions and continue with my supplement variation to have any hope of getting those mega distances when popping my load.

I don’t know, I guess I’m a natural. :) My ejaculations were always strong, even before doing kegels I could ejaculate 1+ metres in distance. After I started kegeling it simply skyrocketed. For example, yesterday I’ve had sex with my girlfriend after 7 days of abstinence (because of her period). We’ve had sex 2 times in 2 hour timespan. Needless to say, both times I covered most of her torso with sperm (from neck to vagina, she even blocked some of it with her hand from going into her hair, and I’m not exaggerating). :D After she went home I masturbated and went to sleep. In the morning I masturbated again to relieve some stress before exam in college. :P Tonight we’ve had sex again and the result was pretty much the same as last night. I’m afraid to even think what would happen if I started taking zinc and/or l-arginine. :D So in conclusion, there really is no secret, I simply kegel 10 minutes and drink 2 litre of water a day.

I’ve noticed if you masturbate a lot (1+ times day) and then don’t for a day or two, the next time you splooge you splooge like king kong. Not a permanent fix but another addition to the tool box
