Bulking and ED

Sed26, I have been in your shoes way too many times. Even now I have some minor ED for up to 48 hours after a serious workout which is complicated worse by dieting. All scientific data aside, the reason you are having problems is not because you are incabable of getting an erection but because the blood vessels have shrunken due to adrenalin and the fight or flight response drawing blood away from that region. Over time the blood vessels shrink back to normal and may even cause the flaccid penis to retract a little inside you. You would know if you had lower testosterone levels by now.
If you want to remedy this all you have to do is warm up like you were pe’ing and edge more often. You can even pump or jelq but you might have to separate your sessions into day and night routines and include a pump up session an hour or so after your workouts. Everything else just make sure your diet is fairly low fat 2 hours before you want to pe and drink plenty of water.

I don’t PE at the moment because I’m trying to regain my hard erections. But if pumping would aid in obtaining harder erections naturally I would give it a shot if you guys think so.

Are there any thread to check out about “pumping increasing EQ and sex drive?”

Irony is a bitch.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

Keep it up guys!

You’re not going to upset me no matter how much you rant online.

I think pumping lightly would help a lot. How about getting a full blood test especially a hormone panel?

On a side note, would you consider posting pictures of your unit? Not too often are people here with your size, and if you have before and after’s that would benefit the site for sure.

I may consider posting pictures. How much would a full blood test and hormone panel cost?

What pump is a reasonable price and good quality?

Thanks for considering. For a straight guy, I even find it odd that I like to see units a tad larger than mine, I suppose I look forward to growing there.

Blood panel… Do you have insurance?

Not sure if a blood panel would help but I’m betting if anything it would come back with low test or insufficient T3 and T4 levels, which is a common false positive. More than likely you’re central nervous system is taxed from overworking yourself, drinking tons of water, and eating 4-7 meals a day. Bodybuilders will never tell you this but taking one or two days off a month and eating 3 or 4 meals with human water consumption can do wonders for setteling your nerves.

Go ahead and try edging if you can but don’t sweat it if your case is too severe. Pumping works wonders but be very careful to warm up and go slow with low 3-4hg max pressure. Anything too high or too long will cause red spots and even worse Ed later on. I will also let you know how my experience with divo cup goes once I get it.

Yes I have insurance.

I only workout 3 days a week with great results. Aside from that yesturday I decided to start drinking cayenne water 1-2 times a day after reading all of it’s benefits with emphasis on circulation and unclogging arteries. Hell with all the stuff I read from the different sites I don’t know what it doesn’t improve!

Is there a pump you recommend?

He is right about the cayenne pepper. I would just down it unless it doesn’t taste bad and you don’t mind sipping on it, I would think you would have better erections very quickly.

Lifting 3 days a week is good, make sure you aren’t overtraining. Give me a typical workout like how many sets and reps for each day?

I just down the pepper water like it’s nothing. Sipping it only prolongs the hot mouth. Im really hoping it is circulation issues so that it can be cleared up. Hormone issues would really be a problem.

But Monday is chest day: Bench sets of 5 pyramiding up to 5 rep max. First 3 sets are really warming up for the last heavy 2 sets. Then there is incline bench 3 sets of 5-6 reps. Then Push press machine sometimes 5 sets of 10 with lighter weight and do a drop set with that.

Wednesday Quad Day: Front squats 5-6 sets pyramiding to higher weight. Leg press 3-4 sets of 15 reps. Horizontal leg press 3 sets of 20 lighter weight. Leg extension 3-4 sets of 12.

Friday Back and hams Day: Bb rows 5 sets pyramiding to 5 rep max. Machine rows 3-4 sets of 10. Lat Pulldown machine 3 sets of 10 reps. Leg curls and stiff legged deadlifts for hams.

During August I do believe I was overtraining my back with heavy deadlifts doing too many sets because for about 3 weeks my lower back was sore after I stopped regular deadlifts. But this was at the beginning of August.

The lower back needs more recuperation time than most other body parts. Triceps also, just listen to your body.

You are going till failure too much, that I guarantee. Leave 1-2 reps in the tank and max out every 2-3 months.

I never go to failure or max out. I don’t have spots most times so I always have to leave 1-2 reps in the tank. Plus I don’t see a reason to max out. 5 Reps max is more important to me. The weights I use are too dangerous to max out with untrained spotters. My 5 rep max is 375lbs. on flat bench.
