Hey Sparkyx, My blood pressure is crazy low, it’s my first day on a daily 5mg dose of Cialis. It’s not uncommon for me to feel like I’m going to faint. Does this side effect go away in a couple weeks as well? Do you have any experience with this?

Another option for purchasing tadalafil: using the app GoodRX, tadalafil Adcirca, 90 tabs of 20 mg for $59.

It’s still tadalafil, but if you can get your doc to write the script including the brand name Adcirca, this lower price applies.

Also: the powder can be purchased off alibaba for very cheap, if you can buy a larger quantity. Like $300 for a kilogram (lifetime supply for several guys perhaps).
