I practice yoga, and there is a breathing technique where you constrict your throat in order to be able to hear the breathing as it goes in and out of your nose. While edging, I have tried this and it has done wonders. It seems like I can go for any length of time. Has anyone else tried this?

Yes.

Constrict your throat muscles so you can hear your own breathing inside of your throat. A breathing exercise I like to do is to breathe in, using this technique, for seven seconds, and then breathe out for seven seconds. I can breathe in and out for even less and still have amazing control during edging. It seems to be getting to the point where I can turn on and off my arousal while still maintaining an erection.

That sounds like fun I’ll try that tonight.

Can you please give links to where i can read about this practice in greater detail? Also, at what point should i breath in or out. How does one synchronise the breathing and thrusting patterns to achieve success in this practice.

Yes, snoring, with your mouth closed, would be a good way to describe it. I can’t remember the name of the practice, but I will try to find that out. What I like to do is find my breathing pace. Like before I start edging get a pace going of about 3-4 seconds (or whatever) breathing in and 3-4 seconds breathing out. Then I begin. If I need to decrease arousal, I slow breathing down even more, and if I need to increase arousal, I breathe faster or very little.

I notice a big difference using this technique, then just focusing on your breathing, but I suggest that you try it out for yourself.

Breathing can help you stop those contractions and not spill your load.

But messing with your throat takes the fun out of whacking off.

It sounds like a great detterent to your partners arousal too

I don’t know about that method, but I will try it, I’m guessing it helps you relax as well? Seeing it is a yoga thing. Should be good if you are anxious I guess.
