Edging
I’m trying to start an edging program and I had just a few questions. My ideal goal is to last for 30 minutes in bed, and so I have been edging for at least 30 minutes a session. I’m following the newbie routine and I usually edge and finish on my days off. Is it alright to edge and finish on my active days or should I just edge, or should I leave it alone? How many times a week should I edge and when do you think I will see results in my edging? After a month? A week? Thanks!
