Hi just, I know this is a PE forum, so posts on edging may not be welcomed. However I heard this was a good way to build up the time you can last during sex. I’ve tried edging everyday for the past week and I’ve come across these problems..

1. When I get up to the climax feeling should I stop, wait, then when the feeling goes go right back into the climax feeling?. Obviously stopping before I go past the point of no return.

2. A member of the forum who I contact in Pm’s told me that I’m supposed to get up to the point of climax stop them kegel. Should I kegel until I am flaccid and then start again? Or kegel until the feeling goes then start again (when still erect)?

One question about kegels I’ve read into them and understand that the place which needs pressure applying to it stops the flow of urine while your it the toilet, however there seems to be a whole area where I can press and it stops the flow. Am I supposed to be pressing the soft part next to my balls or the muscle type of skin next to my rectum.

You shouldn’t be pressing anywhere during a kegel. A kegel is using the BC muscle to squeeze that area “closed”. Using your finger is cheating. :D

During edging, just kegel until the “feeling” is gone and then continue. You don”t have to wait until you are flaccid.

Ha ha, hmmm I actually thought from what I have read that the kegel is where you press the BC muscle. Obviously I’m wrong, thanks for telling me that, I could of done myself real damage :P So without using your hands a kegel is just the motion you use to stop the urine.

Yes NewEra5 exactly.Think of it as clinching like when you have to go pee real bad.

I don’t think you would hurt yourself, I’ve used the golden spot to quell coming many a time long before I ever knew what PE was.

May be you should think of it as cheating, not giving your BC the full benefit of the work,

But perhaps if you step too close to the edge, a handy cheat isn’t the worse thing.

Hi. I’ve been doing this for a little while now and can stop myself coming all the time during masturbation, and most of the time during intercourse. Sometimes during masturbation a small amount of clear fluid comes out (literally a drop) or conversely, a thicker, and whiter than usual, drop. Certainly not the full load, or anything like it.

To answer your question, I stop/kegel, then continue if I feel like it. By this stage I’ve often had the same sensation as jerking off but keep the load and the energy. There is no “little death” ie lowered drive/listlessness afterwards. This helps a lot with sex - trust me, it’s worth putting some practice in!

I recommend a book by Mantak Chia “The Multi-orgasmic Man: All the Sexual Secrets That Every Man Should Know” but you can probably find the same info without the padding at this site if you search around the edging threads.

When edging I will go about 45 mins. Then stop all together and wait for about 12 hours.

First I get completely hard. Then I let it get to about 50% soft. At this point a couple of drops of precum will form. Rubbing this natural lube around the head will get it really hard again. My goal is to jelq out as much pre cum as I can in one session. Drink a lot of water to increase precum production.

How many times when hitting climax should I kegel, on average how many works for you guys. Do I contract the muscle for 3 seconds then let go, and repeat?

Do what feels right, concentrate on getting that muscle strong before you even consider trying to stop your semen from exploding everywhere. It is VERY hard to do and only a select few can do it. Just lay in bed and get used to the kegel feeling, squeeze at different speeds and power.

While edging these past couple of days I’ve noticed that when your doing the exercise it makes you feel all flush inside. I’m not sure if I’m doing the right one, sometimes it feels like my anal muscle is getting tighter and other times it feels like my penis swells while the muscle is contracted. If only a few people can master it, do you not recommend this route for lasting longer during sexual activities?

What do you mean by “all flush inside” ? I’ve been edging and retaining for the last two days and I feel very full inside and of course it feels awesome and I’m semi-hard and horny all the time.
