1 Are there specific thoughts to help control the correct muscles?

2 You say rythmically, what exactly does that mean? Hold for 10 seconds, rest 10 etc.

3 She has the 3 + 4. The first time she tried it she could barely get movement. How long does it take to usually get to the point where you can see any signs of improvement? Weeks or months?

4 What is normal(I know, what is normal) time frame for progression from one strength to the next? Again, weeks or months.

He is really a poor example for your argument. He had some good looking women on that show, one being Marisa Tomei.

The point you’re missing is play the cards you’re dealt to the best of your ability. Quit splitting hairs. You don’t have to challenge every opinion that you don’t agree with.

Not every guy can be good-looking, but every guy can be soulful, as xenolith says. And honestly, if PE will make a guy more sexually self-confident, there’s no more potent aphrodisiac than confidence to a woman. And that’s the truth. What is shallow about telling men to look better. Put on some nice clothes, shower and shave, get in shape. That doesn’t seem shallow to me but what most women want. You just seem to be looking for a fight.

Patrick Swayze has to be one of the ugliest guys I’ve seen but women loved him. He could dance, had confidence, and was in great shape. He looked the best he could and that is the way I think she meant it, not to offend.
