Hey guys I got a premature ejeculation now I have read about the reverse kegles and now I’m looking for a routine that will contain kegels and reverse kegels

Do you have a routine to gigve me?

This worked for me.
I read a long time ago from a porn starlet sex advice column in one of my first girlie magazines that when you are about to shoot your female sex partner (of course) should squeeze the tip of your cock really hard and it will stop you from ejaculating. I don’t know why or how but it definitely works.
Another trick is to have her pull down on your balls before they start tightening up and to keep pulling them down until she is ready for you to cum, then let go of them and watch it blow! This has worked for me too.
After trying those methods and and practicing edging (concentrating on holding back ejaculation) I can easily prevent myself from ejaculating after masturbating for several hours on end and not even ejaculate at all if I don’t want to!

Kegel exercises are good but it’s very easy to overdo them and strain the muscles that are used so I would not get to carried away with them.

Whenever I used to perform sex after 1 minute I get a strong contraction in my penis and penis shaft become more hard and I can’t throw it back as I don’t have control on my muscles and I ejaculate.. Its so frustrating that I cum in 1 min what should I do. My girlfriend left me for this reason . Please help
