For those of us of a certain age, when you awaken in the wee hours for whatever reason: lying on your back, cup your right hand lightly around your testes, and put your left hand, palm down, just below your navel. Hold that for a while. That’s it.

Breathe deeply, drift off to sleep again. (I’ve never tried this before going to sleep at night.)

When you later wake up, it may not be just with a raging hard-on, but because of it….

I am going to give this a try. It will put this to the ultimate test because It has been so long since I woke up with an erection that I can’t even remember it ever happening!

I usually wake up with wood because I have to piss. I drink a lot of water.

BUT….. The zinc, b6, magnesium seems to increase the frequency of this. It also helps boost testosterone, I don’t care what anybody says. I’m not a morning person. Fucking hate getting up. I’m like a grumpy teenager. No energy in the morning for sex. BUT… when I take the ZMA (b6, magnesium, zinc) I’m like a saber tooth tiger attacking my wife at 5am.

Hard core weights, coupled with the ZMA helps as well. ZMA at night, before bed though. Especially what helps, I think I saw this in another thread was that Deadlifts help. I notice my T levels > on the days that I do a sort of deadlift squat. Kettle Bells, 40 lb each in front of you between your legs. Bend down with knees, grab bells, lift them up to your chest as you stand up, then press them to the ceiling. Do 3 sets of 10.

Pee erections are not the same as normal wake up in the morning but don’t have to pee erections.

Yes, ZMA is very good for the night process.. and the morning wood also. My dreams are sky high land I used to be the lazy guy in the mornings too. You’re simply focusing vital energy (chi)flow in that region (in through the right, out through the left). It can actually be quite intense, depending on your experience with energy work.

Thanks Tom, woke this morning about 0515. I had a woody of about 80%. I tried this. The result was a raging hardon like I had not had in years. BTW I will be 77 in a few weeks.

It felt great. So hard, it almost hurt. But it was a pleasurable kind of hurt, if you know what I mean.

I have been doing PE now for nearly a year. I have experienced much improvement in EQ as well as a bit of size increase. This PE really works.

Yes, I think it is a better book; although of all of Dr. Chang’s texts, I think The Great Tao: http://www.amaz … /dp/0942196015/ is the most informative on the subject of internal healing.
