How to have raging morning wood (if you don’t already)
For those of us of a certain age, when you awaken in the wee hours for whatever reason: lying on your back, cup your right hand lightly around your testes, and put your left hand, palm down, just below your navel. Hold that for a while. That’s it.
Breathe deeply, drift off to sleep again. (I’ve never tried this before going to sleep at night.)
When you later wake up, it may not be just with a raging hard-on, but because of it….
