How to improve your circulation

I drink some raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar every day. It tastes really nasty but has kept me free from attacks of gout for a couple of years. Not sure if it has improved my circulation or not but would have to say probably not to any noiticeable degree. Garlic is indeed good for the circulation but feel I eat plenty of it in the food I cook but will consider juicing it with the lemon juice since the lemon juice before a fatty meal could also help ward off the dreaded gout attack.

Got a batch blended up,

I’ll go with it till it’s gone or I can’t gag it down any longer. Had just a taste tonite after brewing it up, not very tasty.

"If you build it, they will come".

OK, this sounded interesting, so I gave it a try. Cut, peeled, blended, boiled all as described. All the while my wife was laughing at me. I told her the least I can do is try it. She was happy that I peeled a lot of extra garlic for her anyway.

No offense, but all I can say is, yuck! Holy crap this stuff is absolutely awful! I love lemons too and like garlic, but this is horrible! It hits the front of your mouth like a rock to the teeth and them wallops the back of your mouth like a bat to the backside of your head.

So I made it, I’m gonna drink it. Just to see if I get any physical response from it. I’ve got the hang of getting it past my mouth directly to my tongue without tasting much so we’ll see how long I can hack it.

For the science Onenekkidguy!!!

Gave this a shot today only I made mine with a little less garlic. I used 4 garlic cloves, 1 lemon, and a cup of water in a blender then put it on the stove till it started foaming/boiling. Then I strained it into a cup and drank the mess. At first it was a little disgusting, but honestly after a while it didn’t seem that bad, maybe even good lol. I know I’ve got pretty poor circulation, and I’ve got a feeling that it’s negatively affecting my PE/EQ. Here’s to hoping this helps!

Also worth mentioning after drinking this stuff my hands/feet were noticeably warmer, not ice cold like they normally are.

If getting enough garlic is a problem then try cutting off the top of the head of garlic and drizzling olive oil on it. Wrap it in tin foil foil and bake it in the oven at 400-425 degrees until it is nice and carmelized. I have never juiced it after that, I eat it straight, but it will change the flavor from nasty to wonderful. As for lemon juice add some sugar or something naturally sugary like carrots and it will help to ease the acidity.

Wish I could eat lemons. They give me major heartburn.

Since you are my property, the contents of your mind are also my property, and you will give them to me when I ask.

That is so weird because I thought I would have problems with this, I did a whole lemon and a full garlic bulb unsure to how many cloves and I had no problem with it, twice a day drinking and it lasted for around 3 days used 500 ml of water pretty good taste.

OK, I just have to post this. First of all, I suffer from Raynaud’s phenomenon often when confronted with cold temperatures to my extremities. It is a condition where my fingers turn dead white. They look like the top two pictures on this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raynaud’s_phenomenon.

The phenomenon can be aggravated by smoking, which I have done for decades and quit back in August 2010. I have still noticed some issues when confronted with cold though - but not as bad. I also have stopped drinking as of the new year (heavy drinker - maybe 8 oz scotch a day).

Yesterday, my area got blasted with a snowstorm. 2 hours of snowblowing in the morning and another hour in the evening. On the evening shift, I had wet gloves and my fingers were freezing by the time I was half way through. I took a 2 minute break to stuff them under my arms, put on a new pair of gloves and finished with cold fingers.

Normally, this would cause my fingers to be white for a half hour after getting inside. Yesterday though, they were absolutely normal when I came inside. I was ecstatic!

So, it is probably a combination of better health overall, but I’m willing to say this shit works as advertised! I have a few days supply left and will continue taking it until it runs out. Then, I will not make any more and compare the next time I’m freezing my ass off outside to see if my result is the same without this cocktail.

Thanks for the idea Thelawnmowerman…!

Blood circulation is a great thing. Circulation moves nutrients and other good stuff in to your body’s cells, removes wastes and other nasty stuff along the way, and keeps your body’s pH level and body temperature in order.

Now it’s time for the bad news. When you have bad circulation, oxygen can’t make it to all of your organs and body parts. Oxygen is one of the fuels our bodies run on, and without enough oxygen our bodies get run down. That’s right, it’s just like a car that runs out of gas. But no more car metaphors.

You can follow these five steps if you wanna to improve your circulation
1.Stretches your body
2.keep your Finger Stretches
3.Itch Your Back Dance Stretch
4.Pianist Stretch
5.and manly you have to do Yoga.

I am sure from this you will surely get good result.

Lemons are a natural cleaner. You can use them to cut grease and the juice makes a great cleaner. One night I was thinking about the health benefits of lemons. Seeing how the juice can cut grease, I figured maybe they would be good to help clean out blood vessels and arteries?

My dad is 75 and has been eating lemons since he was a kid. He’s healthy and has an active sex life. His last two wives were half his age lol. I’m sure his good health isn’t the result of eating lemons alone but I know they didn’t hurt.

Anyway, in my searching, I came across an excellent recipe that involves garlic cloves, lemons and water. I have been told by my doc that my circulation was unreal. I have done this recipe two times. I have always been healthy but like I said about my dad, I’m sure this recipe didn’t hurt.

The recipe says to mix all the ingredients at once. Instead of doing that, you’ll want to half the ingredients and mix them in two equal parts. Blend 15 garlic cloves, 3 lemons and 1/2 liter of water. Dump that into a pot. Do the other half of the ingredients and dump that into the same pot.

Also, I used my wife’s mason preserving jars to store the drinks. They are 8 oz jars. If everything goes right, by the time you strain the mixture, you should end up with about 6 to 7, 8oz jars. Enough or close to enough for the week. You’ll have to do the recipe weekly.

I hope this can help a few guys.

Ingredients: 30 cloves of garlic; 6 lemons; 1 Liter of water.

Instructions to prepare:

1. Cut the lemons.
2. Put all the lemons and the garlic, plus a liter of water in a blender and mix. (Remember to half the ingredients. Most blenders won’t hold it all at once.)
3. Pour all the contents into a pot and bring to boil ONLY ONCE–No simmering.
4. Let it cool.
5. Strain.
6. Use a funnel to pour into a glass bottle.
Instructions to use:
1. Drink half an estekan every night (so that during the night the residue of the smell would clear) for three weeks. An estekan is a little glass in which we drink tea; I guess it could be half of a standard glass. If you don’t have an estekan, drink a quarter of a standard glass.
2. Stop for 8 days.
3. Repeat for another round.
4. The whole process could be repeated every year.

Is this mix supposed to come out extra thick? I followed the insturctions, but this looks more like potatoe soup than it does something to drink.

It does come out thick but it needs to be strained before you drink it. After straining, it’s still not like water but it is drinkable.
