My erections are so poor?! HELP!

I’m in my late 20s and I have always had difficulties getting it with a girl. Even if I do get it up, its a weak erection and sometimes I go limp while fucking (even without condoms). If I use a condom I am guaranteed to go limp. The only exception to this is when I use a sexual enhancement drug such as cialis. Lately, I have been having to live off this as my life has been more sexually active. I hate using the stuff. It’s probably destroying my body. I take really good care of my body too. I eat extremely healthy (organic, low salt, low sugar, high protein, many serving of vegetables, probably better than 99% of the population), I workout 5-6 days a week for 45min a day, I do cardio 10-15minutes every other day and kegel often. Can’t understand why my erections are so poor. It is very rare for me to wake up with morning wood. I have even out cut porn for the past 5 months. I miss porn.

I have off and on doing PE for the past 8 years. But havent been really serious about it til 5 months ago. My current routine is:

Stretches:
Pull up, pull right, pull left, pull down. 50 kegels each direction
A-stretch with twisting penis 360 each way 20 kegels each
V-stretch with twisting penis 360 each way 20 kegels each
Left and right side stretches with 30 kegels each

50 slow wet jelqs (my hands start cramping)
50 slow dry jelqs
50 slow wet jelqs (my hands are killing me at this point)
50 slow dry jelqs

5 minute wrap

This takes approximately 25minutes. Considering upping this to twice a day. I have used bathmate for a few months before this routine, along with pumping and ads. No gains at all and my erections are still poor as shit. Considered using the aneros cause I hear it may really help with erections. But not sure if I’m willing to go that direction.

Going to jump on HGH in a couple weeks through a hormone replacement clinic. Many rumors that it may help with penile growth and increasing sex drive. Expensive though.

I take Maca root and opti men vitamins everyday too. FML

I don’t see the point of Kegeling whilst stretching.

HGH won’t do anything for the size of your penis or libido. Have you cheked your testosterone levels instead? Blood pressure? Are you taking anti-depressants or other medicines?

I wouldn’t spend money on maca or other supplements either. I think you should be checked by an urologist to see what your specific problem is, ask him to make a doppler exam.

Has there ever been a time when EQ was good? How about before you started PE? Over doing PE will give poor erections, and it may well be that between performance anxiety and PE you have ruined your EQ.

I suggest taking a couple weeks off of PE and see what happens with your EQ. You probably need to test it alone with porn to rule out psychogenic causes of poor erections. IF you have great EQ, then you probably need to change up your routine, at least cut it way down and slowly build up again. It may be that you use way too much force in your jelquing…thats pretty common. If your hands cramp after 50 jelques, you are most likely using way too much force.

Isn’t the doppler exam used to detect blood clots? It’s possibly for me to get hard so I dont think its any blood blockages. I know HGH won’t increase penis size in its self. Like someone juicing but not working out, I heard used in combination with PE it well help you achieve faster results.

I’ve had poor EQ most of life. I only remember getting morning wood when I was in my teens. Now it is a rare occurrence. I can only seem to get really hard from porn. And it has to be wild porn like anal, squirting or something. However, I gave up porn a few months back hoping it would increase my EQ. Nothing yet.

Just ordered L-arginine. Hoping that will help.

I think the doppler can detect abnormality in vessels too. Anyway, a professional urologist would detect your problem, I think. I can’t understand if you don’t feel horny, or you feel horny but can’t get hard, from your posts.

HGH would do nothing, with PE or not. I am astonished that a clinic is selling you a treatment with such claim.

I have desire to have sex from time to time, but it just doesn’t trigger in my penis. My brain wants sex, my penis is lazy as shit.

The clinic is not stating that. It’s stating it would help increase sex drive.

First, never heard HGH is used in HRT; second, never heard hgh improves sexual desire in healthy men. Either that clinic is not reliable or you are not serious.

If you can get hard from porn, then you don’t have an injury or dysfunction. Stop masturbation or cut it way down, stop porn and stop PE for a while. You should start to normalize in a couple months.

If you re-start PE, shoot for good EQ first, worry about gains later. You probably do way too much with too much force for you.

HGH did nothing for my libido, in fact it can raise prolactin which should actually lower it (had no effect either way on me) Using it in HRT is common IN AMERICA, but almost nowhere else. Marinera is right, check your testosterone, free and total dude. Make sure to get Prolactin, E2(estradiol) T3, and T4 done too.

And by the way, you can find other doctors to do it for cheaper. HOWEVER, it sounds like they blood test you monthly (unnecessary after 3-4 months though as blood levels normalize greatly after the first 5-6 weeks, then I do it yearly)

If you’ve got the cash, they seem good. Make sure they don’t give you too Little (Less than 200mg or so a week) or too much (Over 300mg) Just my advice through trial, error, and doctors, however, I AM NOT ONE.

Hey Startender, I had an experience like yours. I was lifting heavy ass weights 5 days a week, getting buff and trim, eating really healthy, but I noticed my EQ went down. Started getting really fit, and my EQ was pathetic. I couldn’t figure out wtf was going on. Well I took a decon break from the gym for 2 weeks after 8 months of heavy lifting, then all of a sudden in the second week I noticed my EQ was better than it had been in months. After the end of the second week my EQ was at my college day level. Heavy lifting or prolonged physical exertion, as well as mental stress, can really tax your body and immune system, which will affect your EQ. Try taking a break for 2 weeks, and spend that extra time being in the gym towards your sleep instead, about 8 hours a night. If you have mental stress, try to identify the source and be at peace with it, or fix it if you can. I bet your EQ will come back fierce. If so, then try to re-organize your workouts and recovery so your body has time to rebuild without it taxing your immune system.

Also do your kegels separately from your stretching and jelq, maybe at the end of the workout while you are hot wrapping, and when you do them, treat it like weightlifting intensity. Do a good number of sets, and some of them should be to total exhaustion. I was able to bring my sad EQ levels to rock solid again by following these steps.

Good words with the time off from the gym, I go no more than every other day to keep this from happening, and I still take a week off every 6-8 weeks.
