Physical Health, PE, And Improving Heart Health
Okay, so I recently got my pump and have added it too my routine, but it’s also lead me too a startling realization. I am way less healthy then I believed. I could list all of my bad habits, smoking, porn, junk food, etc. but it also lead me too the realization that if I ever wanna reach my goal, I’m going too need too make lifestyles changes as well. So I suppose I’m looking for advice on that here. What I really need to do is improve my overall heart health and weight, which is a good starting point.
