Physical Health, PE, And Improving Heart Health

Okay, so I recently got my pump and have added it too my routine, but it’s also lead me too a startling realization. I am way less healthy then I believed. I could list all of my bad habits, smoking, porn, junk food, etc. but it also lead me too the realization that if I ever wanna reach my goal, I’m going too need too make lifestyles changes as well. So I suppose I’m looking for advice on that here. What I really need to do is improve my overall heart health and weight, which is a good starting point.

Part of why I’m asking, is while my BPFSL comes in currently at 9.25” my BPEL hasn’t gone up by that much. I have the feeling it’s because of my overall poor health.

Cigarrete is better to lay off completely. Not a worthy trade to be had with it: the good feeling and relaxed effect and in exchange the chemicals draining the life out of you.

Porn depends, people can find a moderate amount and don’t loose anything in the end.

Junk food is ok to have once a week or every two weeks. Junk food is even less harmful to individuals that workout and eat correctly for most of the week.

Also just realized the pump is about an inch of girth ahead of me. Which should be interesting in the long run.

Just start with going for a walk. Ten minutes one way, then ten minutes back. Do it every day. After a week add five minutes to the walk. Don’t try and run five miles, or kilometers, right out the gate. Do a little more every day. Or try to walk, and then run, the same distance in a shorter time. Smoking sucks, and is really hard to quit. But if I can do it, you can too. You know what to do. You gotta clean up your diet, perform more physical activity, and quit the cigarettes. It’s a simple enough plan, executing it is never that easy. Good luck to you.

The idea at the moment is too finish what I currently have on hand, and then switch to dip and get back too my two hour a day workout routine and diet, so I can lose the extra weight, while working on my overall health.

Addendum: I’m well aware that dip isn’t a solution too the problem, rather it’s a temporary stop-gap.

@Lenny Yeah, I need too quit again, and stay quit in regards too smokes.

As for porn, unless it’s being utilized in my PE routine, I figure as someone who’s always naturally dealt with ED, on account of being born into Team Magnum, and being horribly unhealthy, It’d be better for me too be safe than sorry.

As for Junk Food, what I’m looking too do is maximize my heart health, including diet, exercise, and supplements.
