Possible ED due to overtraining?

I’ll keep this short.
4 months ago, my penis could barely get a 70% erection. (Heavy smoker, not conditioned, fat, sedentary, poor diet, etc)
I’ve gone through a shock and changed my life.
Stopped smoking, got a personal trainer, nutritionist, lots of sport, lost 20 lbs, and I could easily get to 90%EQ, but with proper stimulation and a cup of fine red wine, I got to 101%.
Now, it’s been 3-4 days since I have started PE again, (phallosan extender for 3-4 hours, and some pumping sessions (15min/day)
2 days ago, I have pumped a bit too hard not realising this, and got some blisters on the glans. I have also used a cream based on ginkgo for the penis. That night I have tried to have sex and couldn’t maintain an erection, so we stopped.
It’s been two days since then and I didn’t notice a morning wood, or a strong erection. It’s half dead.
Did you ever experience this? Could this be due to that pumping session? (Btw, I never got hard while pumping, don’t know if it is normal)
Please let me know if there is any way to speed up the recovery or if there is something else to be done to improve erection quality.
