This past couple weeks I’ve gone a lot of days with heavy stretching routines. I actually only jelqed twice this week but they were heavy routines. I know, I know, I have to cut back on going so strong. Also, I ejaculated probably too many times.

Anyways I noticed this week I’m not hanging so loose, but I can get hard. When I get hard it is really good erection quality, but it feels tight and I know not as long as I normally am.

Sounds like just overtraining right?

It sounds like overtraining to me, nothing dramatic though. Just cut it back the way you know you should.

Well my EQ is great its just i can tell I’m tight. But got I’m so used to the routine I can’t stop. And even when I take days off I’m so so horny. ARgh!

I don’t get it, 4days no pe, and no real improvement yet. How long is it going to take to get back to my fighting shape

I will start by saying I am not a medical doctor. This isn’t a one-for-one, but have you ever overtrained another part of your body? Say, for example, gotten really tight muscles? That takes a good week or so to clear up. Depending on where you feel the tightness it may be ligaments that are causing the sensations. In that case it would probably be more comparable to a plantar fasciitis or tendonitis type of injury which could take longer to completely clear up. You may want to try very very light stretching to resolve this. Not PE level stretching but just something to exercise the tissues a little bit. I would definitely do that after an extended warm up, if I were to try it at all.

With PE, EQ can drop from either too much or too little. If you take a few days off and it stays down, you may want to try doing your routine again, and maybe increase the time a bit, not force…just time.

I take off about 7 days every 5 weeks.

Hey Cloud15, do you loose progress when you do that?

Also, how can I tell if I need to wait more time. Before I did PE my Erection quality was terrible and PE helped. Now it isn’t so good. Does that mean I need to start up again after some days rest or wait it out?

I find time needed to recover depends on the force used in your PE. When I have used WAY too much force, it might take a few days to a week. However for modest over training a couple days should do it. For mild over training one day is plenty.

So, for most guys, if after a few days, still no improvement, it may actually mean you need to bump it up a little. I would start where you left off, and that should bring EQ back up, then when it starts to drop again, try bumping up the time a bit and see what that does to EQ.

As I keep telling you guys, EQ is NOT just how hard you are, its the totality of Erectile Qualities. If you don’t understand that, you will make big mistakes in accessing it. Read the thread linked at the bottom of my posts on EQ.

Well I’ve gone from getting rock hard to not even measuring close to what i was before, so I assume I’m tight and need to rest.
